Solche MitarbeiterInnen sollten einen Bonus erhalten wenn sie so wie im Fall von Frau Malli einfach mit Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz hervorstechen ! Das motiviert und kann sich der Deichmann Konzern bestimmt leisten :-)
 Ms. Malli should be employee of the year - very nice and helpful ... just great!
Such employees should receive a bonus if, as in the case of Ms. Malli, they stand out with friendliness and competence! That motivates and can certainly afford the Deichmann Group :-)

Only one cash register open. Cashier slowly and tidies up in addition to cashing. No customer service.
