Habe ein MediaPad M5 light und ein Flip Cover bestellt.
Zu Hause geöffnet und erkannt das die Teile nicht zusammenpassen.
Laut Rechnung habe ich das Richtige Media Pad bekommen, aber ob ich das richtige Flip Cover bestellt oder bekommen habe ist leider nicht ersichtlich. Auch nach Rückfrage im e-tec Center Graz Süd konnte richtige Bestellung / Lieferung nicht festgestellt werden. Laut Mitarbeiter (der telefonisch beim Geschäftsleiter angerufen hat) ist es sowieso egal nachzufragen da die Verpackung schon geöffnet wurde und somit nicht zurückgenommen wird.
Das Problem wurde telefonisch bei der Zentrale vorgebracht und die Mitarbeiterin versprach mir, das der Geschäftsleiter mit mir Kontakt aufnimmt.
Warte seit einer Woche auf Rückruf.

Even after inquiring at the e-tec Center Graz Süd, the correct order / delivery could not be determined. According to the employee (who called the manager by phone) it doesn't matter to ask anyway because the packaging has already been opened and is therefore not taken back.
The problem was brought up by telephone at the head office and the employee promised me that the manager would contact me.
I've been waiting for a call back for a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solange man nicht wieder kommen muss wegen Garantie oder Rücktritt vom Kaufvertrag ist alles okay, aber sonst... Da werden Paragraphen in das Fernabsatz Gesetz hineinerfunden und es wird um jeden Preis versucht, sich aus den Verpflichtungen des Händlers rauszureden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verkauft an Leute die keine Profis sind SSD die etwa 7-8 mal langsamer ist als die gewünschte, behauptet er habe nur die da, was aber mit 1 Blick ins Internet widerlegt ist, und wenn man drauf anspricht meint der chef, man solle doch klagen, wenn man ein Problem hat. Die SSD war übrigens nur etwa 30 euro günstiger als die 8 mal schnellere. eindeutig versucht den schrott den keiner mehr kauft ab den Mann zu bringen. FRECHHEIT! SOLCHE FIRMEN GEHÖREN GESCHLOSSEN! unwissende Kunden ausnutzen... und das obwohl sie schon mit einem Rat von jemanden der Ahnung hat hingehen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich kann jeden nur davon abraten, sich an e-tec zu wenden. ein bios update 3 wochen? keiner weiss wo mein motherboard ist, und wann ich es zurück bekomme. in der zwischenzeit garantie ausgelaufen, und ich sitze auf meine kosten. für mich ist das alles andere als vertrauenswürdig. kundenservice weiss nichts und leitet einen weiter an andere personen die nichts wissen. Toller Service!
I can only advise everyone not to contact e-tec. a bios update 3 weeks? nobody knows where my motherboard is and when I can get it back. in the meantime the guarantee has expired and I am at my expense. for me it is anything but trustworthy. customer service knows nothing and forwards you to other people who know nothing. Great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich musste an meinem PC auf Grund eines Defekts einige Teile austauschen und hatte mir vorab schon zurecht gelegt, was ich mir bei e-tec kaufen wollte, da hier sowohl Preis als auch verfügbare Auswahl stimmte. Vor Ort wurde ich fachkundig und fair beraten (z.B. das günstigere Produkt wurde empfohlen).
Leider hatte einer der gekauften Teile ab Werk einen Defekt. Auch bei der Reklamation lief alles äußerst reibungslos ab und ich wurde zuvorkommend und freundlich bei der Fehlersuche vor Ort unterstützt und das Teil anstandslos ausgetauscht. Großes Lob - ich kaufe sicher bald wieder hier!
I had to replace some parts on my PC due to a defect and had already prepared what I wanted to buy from e-tec, as both the price and the available selection were correct. I was given expert and fair advice on site (e.g. the cheaper product was recommended).
Unfortunately, one of the purchased parts had a defect at the factory. Also with the complaint everything went very smoothly and I was courteously and friendly supported with the troubleshooting on site and the part was exchanged without any problems. High praise - I will definitely buy here again soon!
