★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich wollte ich nur freudig meine neue Brille abholen. Nachdem ich nach völliger Unterbesetzung der Optiker bzw. Berater einmal 30 min warten musste, kam der erste Ärger auf. Als ich nun endlich einen zuständigen Mitarbeiter zu fassen bekam holte dieser meine neue Brille. Die Brille sah auf den ersten Blick gut aus, auch der Preis für die Fassung / Gläser + Entspiegelung war wie vereinbart. Dann kam der Schreck. Die Brille war nicht entspiegelt (wir sind durch Zufall draufgekommen ; sonst hätte ich vielleicht sogar den vollen Preis bezahlt). Als wir dann fragten wie wir vorgehen können bzw. ob man uns preislich entgegenkommen würde, um diese Brille zumindest als Zweitbrille nutzen zu können wurde der älteste Mitarbeiter vor Ort auch noch frech, meinte dass es sicher einen Grund hatte, wieso die Optikerin, die mich beraten hatte, die Brille nicht entspiegelt bestellte (witzigerweise ist die Dame dort mittlerweile auch nicht mehr angestellt). Preislich ist uns der ältere Herr dann auch in keinster Weise entgegengekommen (er wurde nur noch einmal unhöflich und frech) , also bin ich ohne Brille und mit viel Wut wieder aus dem Geschäft. Schade, Hartlauer hat mich als Kundin auf Lebenszeit verloren. Eine Frechheit.
Actually, I just wanted to happily pick up my new glasses. After I had to wait 30 minutes after the opticians or consultants were completely understaffed, the first trouble arose. When I finally got hold of a responsible employee, he got my new glasses. The glasses looked good at first glance, the price for the frame / glasses + anti-reflective coating was as agreed. Then the shock came. The glasses were not anti-reflective (we came across them by accident; otherwise I might even have paid the full price). When we asked how we could proceed and whether we would be accommodated in terms of price to be able to use these glasses at least as second glasses, the oldest employee on site got cheeky too, and said that there was certainly a reason why the optician, who was me advised that the glasses were not ordered anti-reflective (funnily enough, the lady is no longer employed there). In terms of price, the older gentleman did not meet us in any way (he only became rude and cheeky again), so I'm out of business without glasses and with a lot of anger. Too bad Hartlauer lost me as a customer for life. An impudence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte heute von meiner kleinen Tochter (2 Jahre alt) ein Passfoto machen, aber ich muss leider sagen, dass ich es sehr bereut habe dort hingegangen zu sein. Die Mitarbeiterin war total unhöflich und hat mir einfach irgendein schlechtes Foto mitgegeben... Sie hat nicht einmal gefragt, ob mir das Foto gefällt oder nicht. Sie hat es einfach ausgedruckt und mir in die Hand gegeben!! Service war Katastrophe!!!! Leider hatte ich keine Zeit mehr in eine andere Filiale zu gehen....
Im Groß und Ganzen sehr enttäuschend....
I wanted to take a passport photo of my little daughter (2 years old) today, but I have to say that I regretted going there very much. The employee was totally rude and just gave me some bad photo ... She didn't even ask if I liked the photo or not. She just printed it out and gave it to me! Service was a disaster !!!! Unfortunately, I didn't have time to go to another branch ...
Overall, very disappointing ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundlich! Der Kunde stört! Schade, wird mich nicht mehr wiedersehen. Auch bei mir dasselbe Erlebnis ob Passfoto. Schnell irgendein Foto in die Hand gedrückt und hatte das Gefühl, mich fast dafür entschuldigen zu müssen. Echt furchtbarer Service
Very impolite! The customer disturbs! What a shame, won't see me again. The same experience for me, whether it's a passport photo. Quickly put a photo in my hand and almost had the feeling to apologize for it. Really terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hätte nur 4 Passfotos gebraucht, musste mich aber für eines von 2 Bundles entscheiden, bei dem das günstigste 20€ kostet. Dafür bekommt man dann allerhand zusätzliches Zeug dass 9 von 10 Kunden wahrscheinlich genauso wie ich nicht brauchen. 4 Passfotos um 5€ wäre meiner Meinung nach ein fairer Preis wenn man bedenkt, dass ein Standard Fotoausdruck nur wenige Cent kostet.
Update nach Telefonat mit Hartlauer:
Passfotos alleine gibt's es auch, wurden mir aber angeblich aufgrund der Unwissenheit eines neuen Mitarbeiter nicht angeboten. Kosten ca. 15€/4Stk. Eine Rückerstattung des Differenzbetrages von 5€ wurde mir ebenfalls angeboten.
Ich habe die Bewertung daher von 1 auf 3 Sterne abgeändert.
I would have only needed 4 passport photos, but had to choose one of 2 bundles, the cheapest of which costs 20€. For that you get all sorts of additional stuff that 9 out of 10 customers probably don't need, just like me. In my opinion, 4 passport photos for 5€ would be a fair price considering that a standard photo print only costs a few cents.
Update after phone call with Hartlauer:
There are also passport photos alone, but they were allegedly not offered to me due to the ignorance of a new employee. Costs about €15/4 pieces. I was also offered a refund of the difference of €5.
I have therefore changed the rating from 1 to 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit Jahren zufriedener Kunde. Man wird ernst genommen und die MitarbeiterInnen versuchen wirklich eine Lösung zu finden. Beratung im Bereich Foto ist wirklich top und auch bei Handys und Tarifen ist es angenehm einen neutralen Partner zu haben.
Satisfied customer for years. You are taken seriously and the employees really try to find a solution. Advice in the field of photography is really great and it is also nice to have a neutral partner when it comes to mobile phones and tariffs.
