One member of staff was rude but the other was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything thoroughly for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab letztens einen Tarifwechsel durchgeführt aber die Dame hat mir laute Zusatzpakete aktiviert hab darum gebeten das sie die mir stornieren wurde dennoch immer noch nicht gemacht
Schlussendlich hab ich telefonisch die Zusatzpakete storniert
Absolute Frechheit!!!!
I recently changed tariffs, but the lady activated noisy additional packages for me and asked that she still didn't cancel them
In the end I canceled the additional packages by phone
Absolute cheek!!!!
