Es wurde ein Umtausch verwehrt trotz Rechnung originalentikett und noch nie getragener ware ! Warum ? Das papier grössenetikett ( wohl vorhanden und an der Hose ist immer rechts außen ) ist mit einem Faden nicht mehr ganz befestigt gewesen ??? Ich kann nur allen Mädels abraten zu kaufen denn wenn ihr euch einfach in der Größe irrt und nicht schon beim Kauf die Hose auf alle Original Etiketten prüft und dann umtauschen gehen wollt ....habt ihr leider Pech gehabt !!! Es war der Mango im G3 zum Glück gibt es viele viele andere Anbieter die nicht So ihr Kunden moppen ! Mich macht die Hose nicht ärmer oder reicher allerdings werden Geschäfte ohne jeglicher Kundenorientierung es schwer haben ! Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht ? und werde nie wieder kaufen !!! Das der Konzern Gedanke so schwach ist ist ebenfalls traurig !! Hätte die Hose einen Fehler oder würde ein Etikett fehlen ok ? Aber es ist alles da nur nicht nach dessen Protokoll ist die grössen Nummer nicht mehr angetackert ? Sorry das ist nicht nur kleinlich sondern eine absolute Frechheit !! Die Storemanagerin hat mich dann alleine an der kassa stehen gelassen und mir nur die Kundenservice Nummer von Spanien hingeschmissen !! Top ???! Absoluter EinkaufsFlop !!! Ladies Vorsicht Lg Das beste ...wenn du das Etikett wieder anbindest nimmt es dir jeder andere Mango retour nur dieser hat ein besonderes PRotokoll so die Aussage an das man sich halten muss ???? Kurzum Kundenmobbing Die lästerei mit ihrer kollegin im Hintergrund bei den Kabinen ist nur die Krönung dieses einkaufserlebnisses !!! Ladies ATTENTION !!!!! Disastrous customer service! Store manager arrogant and zero solution oriented! An exchange was refused despite the invoice, the original label and the goods that had never been worn! Why ? The paper size label (probably present and on the pants is always on the outside right) was no longer fully attached with a thread ??? I can only advise all girls to buy because if you are simply wrong about the size and do not check the pants for all original labels when you buy them and then want to exchange them .... unfortunately you are unlucky! It was the mango in the G3 luckily there are many, many other providers who don't mop their customers like that! My pants don't make me poorer or richer, but business without any customer orientation will have a hard time! I am immensely disappointed ? and will never buy again! That the group idea is so weak is also sad! Would the pants have a fault or would a label be missing ok? But everything is there just not according to whose protocol is the biggest number no longer tacked on? Sorry that is not only petty but an absolute cheek! The store manager left me alone at the till and just threw me the customer service number for Spain !! Top ???! Absolute shopping flop !!! Ladies caution Lg The best ... if you tie the label again, every other mango will take it back, only this one has a special protocol so the statement that you have to adhere to ???? In short, customer bullying The blasphemy with your colleague in the background at the cabins is only the crowning glory of this shopping experience !!!
