Wir wurden vom Shopleiter und seiner Mitarbeiterin auch kurz vor Ladenschluss im stressigen Weihnachtsgeschäft bestens beraten und fühlen uns hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Very friendly staff. We received the best advice from the shop manager and his employee shortly before the shop closed during the stressful Christmas business and feel we are in very good hands here.

Ich wollte einen Membervertrag anmelden allerdings stimmten die Tarifkosten nicht mit dem Angebot vom neuesten Flyer überein, der Mitarbeiter des Shops verwies mich an die Servicehotline, er könne (oder wollte) sich selber nicht informieren wieso der Tarif falsch im Magenta System hinterlegt ist. Sind anscheinend nicht auf neue Verträge angewiesen. Passiert am 19.07.2019 um ca. 11Uhr Customer service not available. I wanted to register a member contract, however, the tariff costs did not agree with the offer of the latest flyer, the shop staff referred me to the service hotline, he could (or did not) inform himself why the tariff is wrongly stored in the Magenta system. Are apparently not dependent on new contracts. Passed on 19.07.2019 at about 11am
W	Wilhelm Anton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Äußerst schlechtes Kundenservice man muss eine Nummer ziehen und wird dann aufgerufen wobei offensichtlich die elektronische Anzeige nicht immer funktioniert oder zumindest nicht verwendet wird da man zusätzlich auch durch die Verkäufer Berater aufgerufen wird die schlechte Beurteilung erfolgt deshalb weil drei Kunden vor Ort waren und zwei Kunden warten mussten es waren in der Filiale drei Verkäufer im Einsatz jedoch unterhielten sich 2 privat das ist ein absolutes NoGo verhalten und sollte abgestellt werden eigentlich würde ich gar keinen Stern geben da zusätzlich zur Wartezeit welche völlig unverständlich war auch die Beratung äußerst schlecht und unprofessionell war. Es wurden mir Informationen über die Vertragslaufzeit gegeben welche nicht mit meinem Konto auf dem Internet übereinstimmenden auf meine Nachfrage wurde mir gesagt dass ich mich eventuell verlesen hätte ich habe das dann nochmals nachgeprüft und in einer anderen Magenta Filiale konnte ich das problemlos erledigen ich verstehe diese unprofessionelle Art nicht. Als ehemaliger Berater von Firmen kann ich Magenta nur raten wir dringend filial Kontrollen einzuführen da ansonsten die Kunden sich verlaufen werden und jedwede Werbung sinnlos verpufft Wenn der Service nicht passt. As a former consultant to companies I can only advise Magenta to introduce urgent filial controls as otherwise the customers will get lost and any advertising will fizzle useless if the service does not fit.

Heute ich brauche hilfe mit meine W-LAN und Handy. Eine Mittarbeiter ( leider die Name ich kenne nicht) von diese Filliale hat Mir und Meine Mutter sehr geholfen und alles erklert. Viellen dank und wunsche ich vielle gute kunde im diese Filliale. I am very satisfied with my work at Magenta Telecom in Gerasdorf branch in Vienna - Gerasdorf shopping center in Vienna. Today I need help with my wifi and cell phone. An employee (unfortunately I don't know the name) from this branch helped me and my mother a lot and explained everything.
