Better not rely on calls ... if I had waited for such and would not have driven directly to the store, I would now have to spend two weeks vacation without my glasses ... next time again the branch Stockerau!
W	Willi Döllinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mir am 2.11.2020 die Marvic mini Drohne Combo gekauft da mir gesagt wurde, das ist die neueste und beste mini DJI die es gibt von der Vertretung des Geschäftsführers.Seit 4 Jahren bin ich Mitglied und mir wurde gesagt ich bekomme die neuesten Angebote oder Vergünstigungen nur nebenbei erwähnt aber habe nicht eine Info oder sonstiges Werbematerial bekommen etc. obwohl es schon die mini 2 bei meinem Kauf sie schon seit Tagen zu bestellen gewesen wäre(Mavic mini 2) Hätte Fr.Winter wissen müssen!!)-Habe ihr vertraut ! -Jetzt hab ich mir die Mini Drohne Combo 2 gekauft und wollte die erste mit keiner Stunde Flugzeit zurück geben,obwohl ich mir die 2te auch beim Hartlauer gekauft habe (Stockerau)Fragte ob ich die "1er "in Korneuburg zurück geben möchte und wurde ausgelacht!Finde das eine riesen Frechheit,da sie mir diese unter falschen Angaben diese Drohne verkauft hat!Und es ist kulanzweise möglich sie zurück zu geben laut Stockerauer Hartlauer Filiale wo ich mir am 10.11.2020 die 2er gekauft habe!Und diese Dame nimmt sie nicht zurück obwohl der Konsumenten Schutz 14 Tage Rückgaberecht gewährleistet!Finde das eine bodenlose Frechheit!(P.S. nur zur Info fragte ich bei Conrad nach und bei Rückgabe wäre kein Problem gewesen,überhaupt wenn ich nacheinander gekauft habe und falsch und zu wenig informiert wurde?!Bin sehr enttäuscht da mein Vertrauen bzgl.Kompetenz sehr groß war (Korneuburger Filiale)und jetzt stehe ich mit doppelter Geldausgabe da!-Hätte ich sie gleich beim Conrad gekauft,aber da bin ich leider kein Mitglied ,da es in Korneuburg u.Umgebung keinen gibt ?!!! I have been a member for 4 years and I was told I would get the latest offers or I only mentioned discounts in passing but I did not get any information or other advertising material etc. although the mini 2 could have been ordered for days when I bought it (Mavic mini 2) should have known Fr.Winter !!) - I trusted her ! -Now I've bought the Mini Drone Combo 2 and didn't want to give the first one back with less than an hour of flight time, although I also bought the second from Hartlauer (Stockerau) asked if I would like to give the "1" back in Korneuburg and was laughed at ! Find that a huge cheek, because she sold this drone to me under false information! And it is possible to give it back as a fair gesture, according to Stockerauer Hartlauer branch where I bought the 2er on 11/10/2020! And this lady does not take it back although the consumer protection guarantees a 14-day right of return! Find that a bottomless cheek! (PS just for information I asked Conrad and returning it would have been no problem, at all if I bought one after the other and was wrongly and too little informed! Very disappointed because my trust in competence was very high (Korneuburg branch) and now I am standing with double the money! -I would have bought it at Conrad, but here I am unfortunately not a member, as there is none in Korneuburg and the surrounding area ? !!!

Letztklassige Behandlung der Kunden. Es wurde auch eine falsche Information über Handyregistrierung gegeben. Leider 0 Interesse an kundenorientiertem Service !!! Actually 0 stars! Cell phone plug broken from the start. No kind treatment in business. Cell phone is not sent in for service. Last class treatment of customers. Incorrect information about cell phone registration was also given. Unfortunately 0 interest in customer-oriented service !!!

Hatte auch schon ausgesucht wurde aber 1 Stunde lange komplett ignoriert. Der Herr von der Optik war beschäftigt die anderen interessiert es nicht! Schade jetzt macht P….l meine Brillen! I entered the shop and was greeted warmly - that was it! I wanted to buy 2 optical sunglasses. Had already chosen but was completely ignored for 1 hour. The man from the optics was busy, the others don't care! It's a pity now that P… .l is doing my glasses!

Fachkenntnis vom Personal ist nicht zu erwarten, 2x das falsche bekommen, beim 3ten Mal punkt 1800 Türe zu und mit der Aussage Kasse ist schon abgerechnet abgeschasselt worden. Und das obwohl klare Vorgaben gegeben wurden und die Dringlichkeit beschrieben wurde! Furchtbar! Would it be possible to give -5 points. Expertise from the staff is not to be expected, 2x the wrong thing getting, at the 3rd time point 1800 door to and with the statement checkout has already been saved billed.
