★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nettes Persolnal, und extrem gedulig, wenn man sich selbst schon zu anstrengend ist, behaltet die Verkäuferin eine kühlen Kopf und berät einen mit einer freundlichkeit die ist so sehr selten erlebt habe.
Die Auswahl ist Top, und es ist wirklich für jeden was dabei und auch für jede Situation oder Ausflug immer etwas parat.
Werden immer wieder gerne dort einkaufen gehen.
Very nice personality, and extremely patient, if you are already too exhausting, the saleswoman keeps a cool head and advises you with a friendliness that is so rarely experienced.
The selection is top, and there is really something for everyone and always ready for any situation or trip.
Will always go shopping there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 13.11.2021 einen Rucksack um knappe 200 Euro als Geschenk für jemanden gekauft.
Am 19.11 hab ich im Store (G3) angerufen und höflich gefragt ob es eine Möglichkeit zwecks Rückgabe gibt.
Leider NEIN nur Umtausch oder Gutschein.
Wenn man dort etwas kauft sollte man sich also sicher sein das es passt.
Kundenservice sieht für mich anders aus. Schade denn da möchte man den stationären Handel unterstützen und merkt es ist doch gescheiter online zu Bestellen wo ein Rückgaberecht besteht.
Bought a backpack for almost 200 euros as a gift for someone on November 13th, 2021.
On November 19th I called the store (G3) and politely asked if there was an option to return the item.
Unfortunately NO only exchange or voucher.
If you buy something there you should be sure that it fits.
Customer service looks different to me. It's a shame because you want to support the stationary trade and realize it is wiser to order online where there is a right of return.
