★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super tolle Mode mein Mann und ich finden immer einige Teile. Das Personal ist leider enttäuschend (eine Schulung für wie verhält man sich wenn Kunden im Geschäft sind wäre sicherlich vom Vorteil)
 Super great fashion my husband and I always find some parts. The staff is unfortunately disappointing (a training for how to behave when customers are in the business would certainly be of advantage)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind heute zu Mittag von einer recht unmotivierten jungen dunkelhaarigen Dame bedient worden. Sie hatte sichtlich keine Lust auf ihren Job. Auch den anderen Kunden ist sie nicht mit mehr Motivation begegnet. Schade, da der Laden auch nicht besonders groß ist. So werden Kunden auch vergrault. Das nächste Mal fahre ich wieder in die SCS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider fühlt man sich als Kunde nicht ganz wert geschätzt. An der Freundlichkeit lässt sich hier definitiv bei allen Mitarbeiterinnen noch arbeiten. Im Donau Zentrum wirken die Mitarbeiterinnen motivierter und freundlicher. Es ist schon klar das die Masken Nerven, doch das spürt auch ein Kunde trotz Maske wenn ein Mitarbeiter absolut 0 Bock hat... Schade eigentlich. Aber vielleicht ändert man hier ja mal was an der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter.

It is already clear that the mask is nerve, but even a customer feels that despite the mask when an employee is absolutely not in the mood ... It's a shame, actually.
