★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlecht.. Nach Vertragsverlängerung sage der Berater, das neue Handy in drei wochen kommt.. Nach vier wochen jetzt mal bei drei service Hotline angerufen die geben dir dann die auskunft das auf das Handy 8-9 Wochen Lieferzeit ist.
 Very bad.. After the contract was extended, the advisor said the new cell phone would be coming in three weeks.. After four weeks, three service hotlines were called and they would tell you that the cell phone would be delivered in 8-9 weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I currently have an internet from Drei at home and the connection is super bad. I called service team several times to report this issue and they kept saying that everything is fine and they don't see any issues. I asked them to send a service team to our place and to which they said they wouldn't do it as everything is fine per their system report.
I have only 8 months left until the end of the contract. I can't recommend Drei to anyone since they don't care about their existing customers. Don't be trapped when they offer you good deals. Please go somewhere else.
