Auch wenn es Samstag ist - vor Ladenschluss - so möchte man als Kunde nicht behandelt werden. Für mich steht fest, hier hole ich keine Blumen mehr. Für Preis/Leisung leider auch nur Daumen nach unten. :( Rating not even worth 1 star !!!! Unhappy - incompetent - unwilling, actually close to being cheeky. Even if it's Saturday - before the shop closes - you don't want to be treated that way as a customer. For me it is clear that I won't get any more flowers here. For price / performance unfortunately only thumbs down. :(

Ich habe erst kurz nach dem Kauf gemerkt, dass die Rosen schon etwas braun waren und die Verkäuferin hat leider auch nichts gesagt. Leider hatte ich nur sehr kurz eine Freude daran und für 22€ lohnt es sich definitiv nicht. Schade, denn die Idee ist schön. Ich nehme an die Rosenbox, die ich gekauft habe stand schon länger da. Werde dort nichts mehr kaufen. Watch out! URGENT would advise against buying the rose box. I noticed shortly after the purchase that the roses were already a bit brown and the saleswoman did not say anything. Unfortunately, I had only a short time a joy and for € 22, it is definitely not worth it. Too bad, because the idea is nice. I assume the rose box I bought was already there for a long time. Will not buy anything there anymore.
A	A A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ puh, also wenn die mitarbeiterin bereits um 18:40 uhr beginnt die blumen wegzuräumen… absolut nicht kundenfreundlich und richtig kontraproduktiv! wollte noch schnell einen großen geburtstagstrauß kaufen, aber wurde direkt abgeblockt mit „da hinten stehen die fertigen blumensträuße“. bitte um verzeihung, aber 1) mir gefallen diese NICHT! 2) es gibt menschen die nun mal länger arbeiten müssen & es nicht früher schaffen. nie wieder. phew, when the employee starts clearing away the flowers at 6:40 p.m.... absolutely not customer-friendly and really counterproductive! wanted to quickly buy a big birthday bouquet, but was immediately blocked with "over there are the finished bouquets". I'm sorry but 1) I don't like these! 2) there are people who have to work longer and can't do it sooner. never again.

Erstens: absolutes Fachpersonal, dass sich Zeit nimmt und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht! Zweitens: immer ansprechende Ladenaufbauten, die viele Dekoideen für das eigene Zuhause oder Geschenksideen liefert! Drittens: schöne vorbereitete Sträuße wenn es mal schnell gehen muss! Jeder einzelne dieser Punkte ist von morgens bis abends Usus! Ich bin schon lange ein sehr zufriedener Stammkunde und empfehle Calovini immer gern weiter! There are two locations in DEZ! And I have to say: a visit to both shops is worth it! Firstly: absolute specialist staff who take their time and are on hand with advice and action! Secondly: always attractive shop structures, which provide many decoration ideas for your own home or gift ideas! Thirdly: beautifully prepared bouquets when things have to be done quickly! Every single one of these points is customary from morning to night! I've been a very satisfied regular customer for a long time and I'm always happy to recommend Calovini!

Preis/Leistung sehr gut, ich komme wieder! I ordered and picked up red roses a week ago, 15 pieces of medium size. You get more beautiful every day, how long will it go on like this? Very good value for money, I'll be back!
