★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechte Verfügbarkeit, lange Wartezeit, unfreundliche Beratung und saftige Rechnung für einen Batterietausch (Batterie selbst besorgt) an einer Alarmanlage, die F&S installiert hat (erstes Problem nach Installation). Saftige Rechnung, trotz Arbeiten in der Nachbarschaft wurde der volle Anfahrtsweg verrechnet. Klare Nichtempfehlung!!
Bad availability, long waiting times, unfriendly advice and a hefty bill for a battery replacement (battery provided yourself) on an alarm system that F&S installed (first problem after installation). Juicy bill, despite work in the neighborhood, the full journey was charged. Clear non-recommendation !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz anfrage bekommt man kein Angebot, weil man dem Mitbewerber keine Konkurrenz machen möchte. Man wird am Telefon auch nicht sonderlich freundlich bedient.
Despite the request, you don't get an offer because you don't want to compete with the competitor. You are also not served very friendly on the phone.
