Die Verkäufer sind bemüht, sie können nichts dafür. Cell phone presented with 128GB of storage and sold with 64GB. To find out, you have to unpack your cell phone at home. No information on this on the invoice. The sellers try hard, they can't help it.

Leider arbeiten hier unfähige und keine lösungsorientierte Mitarbeiter. Wir wurden auch aus dem drei-shop hinausgeschmissen, weil sie um 6Uhr zuschließen. Da stellt sich mir die Frage, ob euch die Kunden egal sind? Dies ist auch nicht das erste mal passiert! Just sad, I'm not satisfied with the service. Unfortunately I cannot give a zero star rating ... Unfortunately, incompetent and no solution-oriented employees work here. We were also kicked out of the three shop because they close at 6 o'clock. The question arises, whether you don't care about the customers? This has not happened the first time either!

Internet etc aus und erklärte mir, dass ich den neuen Tube der zum Vertrag gehört nach Erhalt in den Shop bringen soll und er mir dafür einen "besseren" überlasse. Das Ende des Liedes ist, eine Vertragsauflösung ohne Kulanz und eine Betrügerische Handlung! Ich empfehle niemanden in dies Niederlassung zu gehen! Mag sein, dass nur dieser Mitarbeiter eine linke Bazille ist aber auch die Hotline intressierte sich hierfür nicht! Scheinbar achtet man dort nicht auf Hintergründe der Mitarbeiter die isch dort bewerben! I came as a long-time customer to extend the contract. The employee took advantage of my ignorance regarding the Internet etc. and explained to me that I should bring the new tube that is part of the contract to the shop after receipt and that he would give me a "better" one in return. The end of the song is a contract termination without goodwill and a fraudulent act! I do not recommend anyone to go to this branch! It may be that only this employee is a leftist bug, but the hotline was not interested in this either! Apparently they don't pay attention to the backgrounds of the employees who apply there!

Die Telefongebühr beträgt 32 Euro und das Abonnement 20 Euro. Zum Vergleich: Seitdem bekomme ich Rechnungen von 80-90 €. Es kommt mit drei TV-Abonnements, die ich nicht angefordert habe, weil ich auch keinen Fernseher habe. Ich halte es für grob! 100% Ich werde hier nie wieder ein Handy kaufen! Especially i suggest never go for post paid they really drain your money directly from your account no matter which olan you take. Not just my experience i cross check with my friends and its the same for them So here how it work they charge for right before you bill period ends so you really see it when you check your bill through out the month. And you can't even complaint, even at the 3( drei) shop. The empolees said there is nothing they can do. Even they suggested changing the survice. *True review from an very annoyed customer. Damn now i need to find another service which doesn't loot.
