Absolut nicht empfehlenswert, schade um jeden Cent! extremely unfriendly, impatient miss in the passport photos. The result was correspondingly poor. Absolutely not recommended, shame about every penny!

Diese Kosten würden entfallen wenn ich Ihnen mein Handy überlassen würde. Nie mehr!!!!! incompetent, unfriendly, expensive and uncooperative. Requested without mentioning it in advance EUR 50, - inspecting my broken phone. (Without repair). These costs would be eliminated if I gave you my cell phone. No more!!!!!

Obwohl ich ja was gekauft hatte. War perplex und ärgerlich in dem Moment. Ich werde die Sofortbildkamera die sich meine Tochter wünscht im Media Markt kaufen und nicht bei Hartlauer Feldkirch!! Unfriendly staff after the additional sale for the cell phone failed. Weren't my change changed smaller? Although I had bought something. Was perplexed and angry at the moment. I will buy the instant camera my daughter wants from Media Markt and not from Hartlauer Feldkirch !!

In Auswahl und Beratung ausgezeichnet. Picked up my two new glasses yesterday, varifocals and screen glasses. Fit perfectly, as always. And also went quickly. Excellent in selection and advice.

Gleichzeitig wollte ich 127 Euro Mehrwertsteuer zurückholen. Antwort ..Sie hätten nicht so viel Geld in der Kasse. Unglaublich. Ich werde wiederkommen und wenn ich mein Geld habe werde ich darum bitten mein Kundenkonto zu löschen. I wanted to buy a pair of glasses on Friday morning 06 Sept. 2019 with a friend. Due to computer problems we could not be served. At the same time I wanted to recover 127 euros VAT. Answer .. you would not have that much cash in the cash register. Incredible. I will come back and if I have my money I will ask to delete my customer account.

Nie wieder, und wenn Sie dorthin gehen, FRAGEN Sie zuerst nach dem Preis! Disaster, 20 euros for 4 pictures without saying anything, randomly make a sentence of something and charge the customer! Never again and when you go ASK the price first!
B	Barbara Brückler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schrecklich dieser Laden erst wird man weggeschickt und als man wieder kommt muss man warten. Dann wissen die Leute nicht mal die Passfotovorgaben von ihren Nachbarländern und zur Krönung verweigern sie auf Kundenwunsch das Ausstanzen der Fotos auch wenn ausdrücklich gewünscht ist. Alles in allem eine sehr schlechte Bedienung mit unfreundlicherem, inkompetent Personal. Terrible this place only you are sent away and when you come back you have to wait. Then people don't even know the passport photo requirements from their neighboring countries and to top it off, they refuse to cut out the photos at the customer's request, even if expressly requested. All in all a very bad service with rude, incompetent staff.
C	Christian R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliches Personal. Waren mit der gamzen Familie (vier Personen) dort um Passbilder zu machen. Keine 5 Minuten Wartezeit. Der einzige Kritikpunkt, gar keinen oder sehr schlechten Mobilfunk Empfang im Geschäft, daher nicht möglich mit einem Smartphone zu bezahlen. Denke für Anbieter von elektronischen Geräten und Mobilfunkgeräten sollte es eigentlich kein Problem sein hier eine Lösung zu finden. ? Very friendly staff. Went there with the whole family (four people) to take passport photos. No waiting time of 5 minutes. The only point of criticism, no or very poor cellular reception in the shop, therefore not possible to pay with a smartphone. I think it shouldn't be a problem for providers of electronic devices and cellular devices to find a solution here. ?
