sehr hilfslbereit bei Handyproblemen -
und auch kompetent.
Bemühen sich bei der Lösungssuche wesentlich mehr als im A1-Schop (meinem Anbieter) nebenan und verlangen bei kleineren Problemen nichts dafür.
3 Monate später:
Wiederhole mich, hilfbereit und kompetent, lösungsorientiert, die sind gut drauf.
Nicht nur bei meinem Handyproblem, nebenan wurde einer älteren Dame mit einem Paket sehr unterstützend und geduldig geholfen.
Fein, wenn man so etwas um die Ecke hat :-).
Very friendly as a post shop,
very helpful with cell phone problems -
and also competent.
Try to find a solution much more than in the A1-Schop (my provider) next door and ask nothing for minor problems.
3 months later:
Repeat myself, helpful and competent, solution-oriented, they are in a good mood.
Not only with my cell phone problem, next door an elderly lady was given very supportive and patient help with a package.
Fine, when you have something like that around the corner :-).
