Die Kundenberatung ist exzellent, guter Fachhandel halt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach SUPER! Es ist Sonntag Abend 17:45 h. Ich hätte um 18:00 h eine Generalprobe für ein morgiges Online-Seminar in Usbekistan um 5:00 h unserer Zeit! (4 h Zeitverschiebung). Gerade gibt das Netzteil meines Modems (von Tschanett gestellt) den Geist auf. Sonntag Abend!!!! Ich rufe die Handy-Hotline-Nummer an und der Inhaber, Klaus Tschanett, bringt mir persönlich in ca. 30 min. ein neues Netzteil für das Modem vorbei. Heute Abend ist er mein Held, denn seit Monaten bin ich an den Vorbereitungen für das morgige Online-Seminar dran. DANKE Klaus, von ganzem Herzen!!!! Das gibt es wirklich nur bei einem "regionalen Internet-Anbieter über Kabel". Hätte ich da einen der "Großen" gehabt, ich weiss nicht, was ich morgen um 5:00 h machen würde. Einfach SUPER!!!
Simply SUPER! It is 5:45 p.m. on Sunday evening. I would have a dress rehearsal at 6:00 p.m. for tomorrow's online seminar in Uzbekistan at 5:00 a.m. our time! (4 h time shift). The power supply of my modem (provided by Tschanett) has just given up the ghost. Sunday evening!!!! I call the mobile phone hotline number and the owner, Klaus Tschanett, brings me personally in about 30 minutes. passing a new power supply for the modem. He's my hero tonight, because I've been preparing for tomorrow's online seminar for months. THANK YOU Klaus, with all my heart !!!! This is really only available from a "regional Internet provider via cable". If I had had one of the "big ones" there, I don't know what I would do tomorrow at 5:00 am. Simply SUPER !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sind schon seit einigen Jahren Internet und Kabel TV Kunden und sehr zufrieden. Man bekommt auch die tatsächliche Bandbreite und nicht nur einen Teil wie so oft bei der Konkurrenz. Besonders gefällt uns der regionale Service. Ich muss nicht Stundenlang in einer Hotline warten sondern kann bei Fragen sogar direkt in den Laden und bekomme sofort Hilfe. Wir sind froh das es noch eine Ländle Firma gibt wo man auch als Mensch geschätzt wird und nicht nur als eine Nummer. Kann ich jedem nur weiterempfehlen.
Have been Internet and cable TV customers for several years and very satisfied. You also get the actual bandwidth and not just a part as so often in the competition. We particularly like the regional service. I do not have to wait for hours in a hotline but can even ask questions directly to the store and get help immediately. We are glad that there is still a Ländle company where you are appreciated as a person and not just as a number. Can I only recommend it to anyone.
