★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In meinem gesamten Leben bin ich noch nicht so einem inkompetenten, unflexiblen und unfreundlichem Team über den Weg gekommen.
Vorallem die Sekräterin scheint Hals über Kopf überfordert zu sein und wird bei der geringsten Abweichung vom Schema F ausfallend und kindisch. Dabei nimmt sie große Zeitaufwände in Kauf sinnlose Positionen zu vertreten unter dem Vorwand sie habe ja eh keine Zeit sich mit meinem Anliegen auseinander zu setzen, furchtbar. (Konkret habe ich sie gebeten einen Anruf zu tätigen, der in 5 min erledigt wäre, daraufhin hat sie mir einen Roman an E-Mail geschrieben, wieso sie keine Zeit für sowas hat...)
Kann ich niemandem empfehlen, schon gar nicht Menschen die mit Drogen zu tun haben. Man wird direkt als süchtig, minderwertig und kriminell abgestempelt.
Dann auch noch Wahlarzt, ich gebe eine ganz klare Empfehlung sich jemand anderen zu suchen.

Especially the secretary seems to be head over heels overburdened and becomes abusive and childish at the slightest deviation from the scheme F. She takes a lot of time to represent pointless positions on the pretext that she has no time to deal with my concerns anyway, terrible. (Specifically, I asked her to make a phone call that would be done in 5 minutes, then she wrote me a novel to e-mail, why she has no time for something like that ...)
I can't recommend anyone, especially people who are involved with drugs. One is directly labeled as addicted, inferior and criminal.
Then also an elective doctor, I give a very clear recommendation to look for someone else.
