Ans Telefon geht fast niemand und es wird sich kaum Zeit für den Patienten genommen bzw. ungenügend über Nebenwirkungen der Medikamente aufgeklärt. Als wären das simple, lustige Schmerzmittel und keine starken Eingriffe in die Biochemie. Kann nur abraten sich dort betreuen zu lassen. Likewise, almost only had bad experiences so far. Recipes were misspelled twice, not at all several times. Almost nobody answers the phone and hardly any time is taken for the patient or insufficient information is provided about the side effects of the medication. As if they were simple, funny pain relievers and no major interventions in biochemistry. Can only advise against being looked after there.

Kein Kontakt zu behandelnder Ärztin möglich. Das sollte die Krankenkassen keinen Cent kosten dürfen. No possibility for written contact, almost unavailable by phone during opening hours. Waiting time in emergencies 3 weeks. No contact with the treating doctor possible. That shouldn't cost the health insurances a cent.

Die negativen Berichte einiger Patienten kann ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen.Ich bin froh, eine solche Psychiaterin gefunden zu haben. Vielen Dank! Miss Dr. Bräuer is sensitive, almost always available and has already helped me a lot. I cannot understand the negative reports of some patients at all, I am glad to have found such a psychiatrist. Einzig und allein die Öffnungszeiten bzw Telefonzeiten der Ordination sind manchmal etwas schwierig zu durchschauen bzw. sind dann manchmal doch anders als online ausgeschrieben. Kann die Ordination dennoch wärmstens weiterempfehlen. I have been with Dr Colins for almost 3 years and am very satisfied. She is caring and great at listening. The only thing that is sometimes difficult to understand is the opening hours or telephone times of the surgery, or they are sometimes different from what is advertised online. I can warmly recommend the ordination.
L	Lucrezia Borgia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Dr. Stefan Weilbuchner ist ein unglaublich toller Arzt: Aufmerksamer Zuhörer, stellt genaue Fragen, hat mein Anliegen verstanden und ernst genommen (Depression mit ADS, zuerst so stabilisieren, dass der Alltag funktioniert, dann behandeln). Ich fühle moch sehr wohl mit ihm. (N.B.: Die Praxis hat seit einiger Zeit Probleme mit dem Telefon, Technik arbeitet daran.) Noch nie durfte ich so eine exzellent durchorganisierte, umsichtige und freundliche Empfangsleiterin kennenlernen wie in dieser Praxis. Danke. Dr. Stefan Weilbuchner is an incredibly great doctor: attentive listener, asks precise questions, understood my concerns and took them seriously (depression with ADD, first stabilize it so that everyday life works, then treat it). I'm very comfortable with him. (N.B.: The practice has had problems with the phone for some time, the tech is working on it.) I have never met such an excellently organized, prudent and friendly receptionist as in this practice. Thanks.

Die Rezeption ist nicht nur freundlich, sondern auch äußerst Kompetent. Anstatt das typische "Mjo, geht ned", dass jeder gut kennt, suchen sie nach einer Lösung an Ort und Stelle. Bei mir war es eine bürokratie Problematik und meine ehemalige behandelnde Ärztin oder deren Rezeption, hat sich etwas quer gestellt. Das Team dieser Gruppenpraxis hatte enorm viel Geduld, recherchierten im System, riefen bei meiner Gebietskrankenkasse an und meiner ehemaligen behandelnden Ärztin. Wurde prompt geklärt. Diese beschriebenen Attribute wie man oben liest, schreibe ich auch meiner behandelnden Ärztin, Frau Dr. Collins, der Gruppenpraxis Bräuer zu. Bin noch immer sehr begeistert. 5 von 5 Punkte (!) Jedoch; Die Telefonsituation die ihr derzeit habt. Nicht gut. 1 von 5 Punkte wenn überhaupt. Ich komme nie durch, hinterlasse immer eine Nachricht und weiß nicht ob diese angekommen sind. The team is first class. I have never experienced such friendliness and professionalism. The front desk is not only friendly, but also extremely competent. Instead of the typical "Mjo, geht ned" that everyone knows well, they look for a solution on the spot. For me it was a bureaucratic problem and my former treating doctor or her receptionist got in the way. The team at this group practice was extremely patient, researched the system, called my regional health insurance company and my former doctor. Was resolved promptly. As you can read above, I am also writing these described attributes to my attending physician, Dr. Collins, of the Bräuer group practice. I'm still very excited. 5 out of 5 points (!) However; The phone situation you currently have. Not good. 1 out of 5 points if at all. I never get through, always leave a message and don't know if it got through.

Einer Bitte um Rückruf auf dem Anrufbeantworter wurde nicht entsprochen. Es tut mir wirklich um das gute Arzt-Patienten-Verhältnis leid, aber wenn keine adäquate Betreuung mehr geboten wird, muss ich mir jemand anderes suchen. I've been a patient of Dr. Bräuer and was always very satisfied. Unfortunately I can no longer say that. Nobody has answered the phone for weeks. A request for a call back on the answering machine was not answered. I'm really sorry about the good doctor-patient relationship, but if adequate care is no longer offered, I have to look for someone else.
