Absolut unfreundlich am Telefon (nicht die "Empfangsdame" nein, die Frau "Dr." wenn sich die überhaupt so nennen darf, selbst. Wenn Ihnen Ihr Wohlbefinden wichtig ist, warne ich Sie hiermit auf keinen Fall auch nur Kontakt mit dieser "Dr." aufzunehmen, man möchte gar nicht wissen wo dieser Titel ersteigert wurde, beim Billa in der Rabatt-Abteilung? Einfach nur zum Kopfschütteln. Welcome to the practice of: "We do not take any new patients, we are almost impossible to reach by phone and your personal concerns actually do not affect us, oh yes, and why are you calling us at all?" Absolutely unfriendly on the phone (not the "receptionist" no, the "Dr." if she is allowed to call herself that at all, herself. If your well-being is important to you, I am warning you under no circumstances to even contact this "Dr." "You don't even want to know where this title was bought at Billa in the discount department? Just to shake your head.
S	Stefan Pint on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe noch nie eine so Kompetente und Einfühlsame Ärztin wie Fr. Dr. Pelzl gehabt. Sie nimmt sich die Zeit die ein jeder braucht, nicht wie sonst, wo man eine Nummer ist und grad 5 Minuten bekommt. Dadurch entstehen auch längere Wartezeiten, aber es ist jede Minute jede Stunde die man wartet wert !!! Ich bedanke mich bei Fr. Dr. Pelzl und ihrem Team für die liebe und Herzliche Betreuung! Und für die Begleitung mit meinem Problem ohne das man gleich vor verurteilt wird !! Danke danke danke bleibt so wie ihr seid ,bleibt Gesund ! Ganz liebe Grüße I have never met such a competent and sensitive doctor as Ms. Dr. Had fur. She takes the time everyone needs, not like usual, where you are a number and get 5 minutes. This results in longer waiting times, but it is worth every minute of every hour that you wait! I thank Ms. Dr. Pelzl and her team for the loving and warm care! And for accompanying me with my problem without being judged right away !! Thank you thank you thank you stay the way you are, stay healthy! Lovely wishes

Despite an appointment, there was a waiting time of several hours, the doctor discussed my problems with me and presented absolutely illogical solutions.

Sind das typische österreichische Manieren? Die Umgangsform ist auf jeden Fall inakzeptabel, vor allem für jemanden, der im psychiatrischen Bereich spezialisiert ist. I don't understand the great reviews. The conversation was very abrupt and rude, not even a "goodbye" after the phone call. Are these typical Austrian manners? The manners are definitely unacceptable, especially for someone who specializes in the psychiatric field.

Dr. Pelzl ist kompetent, unkompliziert, verlässlich, nimmt sich wirklich Zeit, ich kann offen mit ihr reden, werde als Mensch wahrgenommen und ohne Vorurteile behandelt. Die Ordination ist telefonisch schwer erreichbar, ich empfehle eine kurze Mail zu schreiben, es meldet sich dann umgehend jemand vom Team zurück. Great recommendation! Dr. Pelzl is competent, uncomplicated, reliable, really takes my time, I can talk to her openly, am perceived as a person and treated without prejudice. The ordination is difficult to reach by phone, I recommend writing a short email, and someone from the team will get back to you immediately.

Sehr enttäuschendes Verhalten, Sie sagt nicht wann die nächste freie Termin ist, sondern nur dass es keine mehr gibt, ohne sich zu bemühen eine Termin zu finden. Einfach schade Heard the doctor is competent and friendly, but the receptionist is not at all! Very disappointing behavior, she does not say when the next free appointment is, but only that there is no more without trying to find an appointment. It's just a shame

Die Ärztin selbst ist willkommend und kompetent, wobei das Gespräch zu Nebenwirkungen eher kurz wenn auch gemütlich ablief. Telefonische Erreichbarkeit gefühlt sehr schlecht, es kommt vor, dass die Ordi auch zu den Zeiten die der Anrufbeantworter sagt schlicht nicht erreichbar ist. Rückrufe dauern auch. Durchschnittl. Terminvergabe >= 2-3 Monate Ich schliesse daraus grundsätzlich, dass der psychiatrische Beteich aktuell hoffnungslos überlastet ist. Schade drum. Despite an appointment, the waiting time was about 1 1/2 - 2 hours both times. The doctor herself is welcoming and knowledgeable, although the conversation about side effects was rather brief, albeit leisurely. Telephone availability felt very bad, it happens that Ordi is simply not available even at the times the answering machine says. Callbacks take time too. average Appointments >= 2-3 months I basically conclude from this that the psychiatric field is currently hopelessly overloaded. Too bad.

Man bekommt nirgends schneller einen Termin als in Ihrer Ordination und Freitags arbeitet ein junger, fescher, intelligenter, Ordinationshelfer! Super ordination! Miss Dr. Pelzl always takes time for the problems of her patients. Nowhere else can you get an appointment faster than in your surgery and on Fridays a young, smart, intelligent surgery assistant works!
