Als ich dann für meinen Termin zur Ordination kam, sah ich, dass die Ordination geschlossen war. Der angegebene Vertretungsarzt hat mir nach telefonischer Rücksprache zudem erklärt, dass seine Ordination gar keine Vertretung für Dr. Melek Can machen würde. Danke dafür. Kann natürlich passieren, dass die Ordination kurzfristig geschlossen werden muss. Es sollte aber erwartbar sein, dass man darüber entsprechend informiert wird. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, dass keine Absage geschickt wurde. Das hätte mir Zeit und Ärger erspart. Auf eine weitere Terminvereinbarung bei Dr. Melek Can werde ich in Zukunft verzichten. Yani kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum, hicbirsekilde işinin ehli değil ve verilen Raporda bile herkeze hemen hemen aynı Diagnose erstellen ediliyor zaten cok sacma bir sekilde kaç arkadaşım gittiyse hepimizde aynı Diagnose ??‍♀️ tek positiv olarak diyebileceğim disarda Assistentinlerin güler yüzlü olmaları. Sie sollte 2 Std zu den Termin Warten, damit, dass sie 20 Minute erst Gespräch mit ihre Sekretärin nimmt, danach die psihoterapi hat nicht 3 minute gedauert, sie hat sofort ihr Medikamente zum Schlafen geschrieben, hat gesagt, dass meine Mama muss sich sehr viel an Gott zu betten, und heutzutage der Medizin ist sehr fortgeschritten und wurde sie sehr gute Schmerzen Behandlung bekommen und, dass keine Angst braucht. Sie stellt in nur wenigen Minuten eine Diagnose und hört dann nicht mehr richtig zu was in einem wirklich vorgeht. Leider ist auch die Art wie sie mit einem spricht, nicht das was ich mir von einer Ärztin vorstelle, wenn man mit Menschen zu tun hat, die an psychischen Problemen leiden. Vielleicht sollte sie sich mal Tipps von ihren Assistentinnen/Ordinationsgehilfen geben lassen, wie man mit Patienten umgeht, denn die sind wirklich nett und zuvorkommend und hören einem wirklich zu.
