Es kommt zwar immer wieder zu Wartezeiten, aber bei guten Ärzten ist das halt so I have been a patient for 3 years and I am very satisfied. Dr. Kren takes his time and always has an open ear. There are always waiting times, but that's the way it is with good doctors
B	Bine A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben den Hausarzt gewechselt und sind sehr zufrieden. Sowohl Frau Dr. Kren und das Ordinationsteam, sehr nett, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Ärztin nimmt sich auch viel Zeit für die Patienten - klar dadurch sind die Wartezeiten länger - aber man kann zwischendurch ja weggehen. Dafür nimmt sich die Ärztin dann auch Zeit. Und das ist heut zu Tage viel wert . Sie und auch das Team hatten sehr viel Geduld bei unserer jüngste Tochter die extreme Panik vor Spritzen hat. We have changed the family doctor and are very satisfied. Both Dr. Kren and the ordination team, very nice, helpful and competent. The doctor also takes a lot of time for the patients - clearly the waiting times are longer - but you can go away in between. For this, the doctor takes time too. And that's worth a lot today. She and the team had a lot of patience with our youngest daughter, who has extreme panic about spraying.

Immer gute Diagnosen gestellt, hat sich immer Zeit genommen und war zu mir nie unfreundlich sowie auch die Damen die uns Patienten aufnehmen. Auch meine Mutter wurde immer super behandelt, dank der Ärztin musste sie nach einer schweren Operation nicht dauernd in den Spital zur Wundversorgung, sondern wurde zu Hause bestens von ihr versorgt. Alle die meinen sie war unfreundlich oder die Damen draußen, sollten vielleicht überlegen wie sie Ihnen gegenüber treten. Viele sind selbst muffig und erwarten sich dann Freundlichkeit von anderen. Wartezeiten gibt es leider überall, also völlig normal. I have been a patient with Mrs. Kren for a long time and have always been satisfied. Always made good diagnoses, has always taken time and was never unfriendly to me as well as the ladies who accept us patients. Even my mother was always treated great, thanks to the doctor she did not have to constantly after a major surgery in the hospital for wound care, but was well taken care of her at home. Anyone who thinks she was rude or the ladies out there might want to think about how they're going to face you. Many are themselves musty and then expect friendliness from others. Waiting times are unfortunately everywhere, so completely normal.
M	Martin Neumaier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Este Termin bei dieser Ärztin war vom feinsten das Gespräch meiner Beschwerden war so wie es sein sollte, kein 15 Sekunden Gespräch wie es bei meinem alten Hausarzt war der 0 Interesse Zeigte. Die negativ Kommentare kann ich nicht verstehen!!! Ein guter Hausarzt ist wichtig für die richtige Genesung+Therapie, vielen Dank Frau kren ich habe nach Jahren die beste Hausärztin gefunden?Top Das ist eine super Ärztin ohne Zweifel!!!!!! The first appointment with this doctor was the finest, the discussion of my complaints was as it should be, not a 15 second conversation as it was with my old family doctor who showed 0 interest. I can't understand the negative comments !!! A good family doctor is important for proper recovery + therapy, thank you very much Ms. kren I have found the best family doctor after years ?Top That is a great doctor without a doubt !!!!!!

Ist offen für Vorschläge von ihren Patienten und verschreibt nicht (nur) stur ihre Standard Medikamente, die Ordinationshilfen sind bemüht und kompetent, lediglich einen Stern müssen wir abziehen weil es auch mit Terminen zu langen Wartezeiten kommen kann. Das spricht grundsätzlich für die Zeit die sich Dr. Kren für jede einzelne Person nimmt, aber bietet leider wenig Planungs Möglichkeit, wie lange man hier in der Ordination verbringt. Me and my girlfriend have been patients with Dr. Horseradish and absolutely satisfied. Is open to suggestions from her patients and does not (only) stubbornly prescribe their standard medication, the ordination aids are eager and competent, we only have to subtract one star because appointments can lead to long waiting times. That speaks in principle for the time that Dr. Horseradish for each individual person, but unfortunately offers little planning options for how long you will spend here in the ordination.
s	samira guszak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr lange Wartezeiten! Meistens sitzt man im Durchschnitt bis zu 3 Stunden sogar mit Termin. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr unhöflich und frech. Die Frau Kren ist sehr schlecht und unhöflich. Untersucht die Leute nicht einmal wirklich sondern verschreibt und schickt sie nach Hause. Diese Ärztin ist maßlos überfordert mit ihrem Job. Very long waiting times! Most of the time you sit on average for up to 3 hours even with an appointment. The ladies at the front desk are very rude and rude. Mrs. Kren is very bad and rude. Don't even really examine people, but prescribe and send them home. This doctor is overwhelmed with her job.

Die Empfangsdamen können schon mal patzig werden, aber das liegt auch oft an den "komischen" Anfragen und Wünsche die da reinkommen...... Von der Wartezeit muss man sich trotz Termin schon mal 45min Zeit nehmen - aber auch da weiss ich nicht obs wirklich negativ ist wenn man mal warten muss weil der Vorgänger einfach noch Fragen hat die er besprechen möchte - ist ja eine "individuelle" Behandlung und keine Fliessbandarbeit. So the first contact with Dr. was very nice and seemed absolutely competent and friendly to me. The receptionists can be snotty, but that is often due to the "strange" requests and requests that come in ...... Despite the appointment, you have to take 45 minutes of the waiting time - but even then I don't know whether it is really negative if you have to wait because the previous person simply has questions that he would like to discuss - it is an "individual" treatment and not one Assembly-line work.
