Bei meiner ausständigen Impfung wurde auf meine Spritzenphobie sofort Rücksicht genommen und sie haben versucht mich bestmöglichst zu unterstützen. Außerdem empfinde ich die Ärztin äußerst höflich, engangiert und sie wirkt schon auf den ersten Blick sehr sachverständig. Weiters nimmt sie sich Zeit um auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Patienten einzugehen und dabei eine treffende Diagnose zu stellen. Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass ich mich bei Ihr und Ihrem Team sehr wohl fühle. A very nice and courteous team. When I was not vaccinated, they immediately took my phobia into consideration and they tried to give me the best possible support. I also find the doctor extremely polite, engaging and she looks very knowledgeable at first glance. Furthermore, she takes the time to respond to the individual needs of the patient and to make an accurate diagnosis. In summary, I can say that I feel very comfortable with you and your team.

Auch dass man als Mensch und nicht als Nummer gesehen wird, zeigt sich, da sich Frau Wölk für die Bedürfnisse ihrer Patienten Zeit nimmt. Ich sehe Frau Wölk als äußerst kompetente und sehr einfühlsame Ärztin. Sie und ihr Team sind sogar auf meine Nadelphobie eingegangen und haben mich sehr fürsorglich bei Impfungen und Infusionen betreut. Daher kann ich Frau Wölk und ihr Team von Herzen weiter empfehlen! As a patient with an appointment, you have no waiting times, which is unfortunately not a matter of course nowadays. It also shows that you are seen as a person and not as a number, as Ms. Wölk takes time for the needs of her patients. I see Ms. Wölk as an extremely competent and very empathetic doctor. She and her team even catered to my needle phobia and looked after me very carefully with vaccinations and infusions. Therefore, I can heartily recommend Ms. Wölk and her team!

Bei meinen, zum Glück seltenen Besuchen, wurde ich eingehend untersucht und anschließend auch entsprechend beraten und da man(n) schon ins gewisse alter gekommen ist, lasse ich mich 1x im Jahr durchchecken. 2 years ago, because of the proximity to my workplace, I contacted Dr. Wölk changed and as it turned out, a good choice. During my visits, fortunately rare, I was examined in detail and then advised accordingly and since one (s) has already reached a certain age, I have myself checked out once a year.

Dabei zeichnet sie eine hohe Kompetenz und Professionalität aus. Außerdem hält sie keine Monologe, sondern hört ihren PatientInnen aufmerksam zu, stellt gezielte Fragen und ist stets ehrlich. Ich fühle mich bei Dr. Wölk wirklich gut aufgehoben und bin glücklich sie als meine Hausärztin gefunden zu haben. Auch die Atmosphäre im Wartezimmer ist sehr freundlich und wertschätzend. Zudem gilt den Vorzimmerdamen ein großes Lob, die stets bemüht sind keine langen Wartezeiten aufkommen zu lassen. Miss Dr. Wölk approaches her patients with great empathy. She takes enough time for everyone and explains the diagnosis/treatment/risks to her patients in a comprehensive and understandable way. She is characterized by a high level of competence and professionalism. In addition, she does not hold monologues, but listens carefully to her patients, asks specific questions and is always honest. I feel with Dr. Wölk is in really good hands and I am happy to have found her as my family doctor. The atmosphere in the waiting room is also very friendly and appreciative.
