Gute und va vertrauensvolle Beratung, sehr saubere Ausführung mit viel Verständnis für schwierige Bauherrenwünsche und ein wirklich gutes und faires Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis im Vergleich zu allen anderen da draußen. Nachbar baut auch mit Meinhaus und erzählt das selbe. Schwierig genug als Bauherr eine gute Baufirma zu finden - kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen! Two years ago Meinhaus built a single-family home (basement, ground floor, first floor including outdoor areas) in Vienna. Was and is a great experience. Good and above all trustworthy advice, very clean execution with a lot of understanding for difficult client requests and a really good and fair price / performance ratio compared to everyone else out there. Neighbor also builds with Meinhaus and tells the same story. It is difficult enough to find a good construction company as a client - I can really only recommend it!

Unsere Baustelle war nicht einfach, aber die professionelle Abwicklung war einfach top! Ich kann dieses Unternehmen nur empfehlen - hier stimmt einfach alles und das Hausbauen macht Spaß! Es kümmern sich alle Mitarbeiter im Unternehmen so detailliert, dass man das Gefühl hat, man wäre der wichtigste Kunde! Wer ohne Kopfzerbrechen bauen will, sollte mit meinhaus bauen! We built with Meinhaus - our conclusion: anyone who wants great handling, perfect support and reliable construction work is more than in perfect hands with Mr. Eggbauer! Our construction site was not easy, but the professional handling was just great! I can only recommend this company - everything is just right here and building a house is fun! All employees in the company take care of them in such detail that you have the feeling that you are the most important customer! M	Martin Kügler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir können die Firma meinHaus bis dato nur bedenkenlos empfehlen. Die Betreuung war von Anfang an sehr gut und die Bauausführung ausgezeichnet. Mängel (welche sich bei einem Bau kaum verhindern lassen) wurden professionell abgearbeitet und korrigiert. Der Fixtermin, sowie der Fixpreis, welcher bei meinHaus garantiert wird, wurde eingehalten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Bauleiter war sehr gut und man wurde verlässlich zurückgerufen. Der Geschäftsführer war speziell am Anfang sehr engagiert und wir fühlten uns dadurch gut aufgehoben, auch wenn am Ende er kaum noch erreichbar war. MeinHaus versteht es qualitativ hochwertige Häuser zu bauen und es wurde jeder "Mangel" ernst genommen. Auch wenn es kein Mangel war, wurde uns als Laie das sehr gut und genau erklärt, sodass wir es dann auch verstanden haben. Nun sind wir in der spannenden Phase (nach der Übergabe), wo restliche Arbeiten durchgeführt und Mängel ausgebessert gehören. Wir gehen nach wie vor davon aus, dass dies mit der selben Professionalität wie zuvor abgearbeitet werden. UPDATE folgt. So far, we can only recommend the company meinHaus without hesitation. The support was very good from the start and the construction work was excellent. Defects (which can hardly be prevented in a construction) were professionally processed and corrected. The fixed date, as well as the fixed price, which is guaranteed at meinHaus, was adhered to. Communication with the site manager was very good and you were reliably called back. The managing director was very committed, especially at the beginning, and we felt that we were in good hands, even if he was barely reachable at the end. MeinHaus knows how to build high quality houses and every "deficiency" was taken seriously. Even if it wasn't a defect, it was explained to us as laypeople very well and precisely, so that we then understood it. Now we are in the exciting phase (after the handover), where the rest of the work should be carried out and defects repaired. We still assume that this will be processed with the same professionalism as before. UPDATE follows.
