Da ich mich nach der Erstberatung auch bei anderen Firmen erkundigt habe, war mir schnell klar, dass Sunmax mehr als 25 % billiger als die Konkurrenz ist, somit habe ich die Überdachung auch hier machen lassen! Die Qualität ist top, ich bin sehr zufrieden! Außerdem wurden mir von den freundlichen Monteuren auch eine Reparatur an den bestehen Rolläden gemacht! Schade, dass ich diese Firma nicht schon vorher kannte! Ich kann Sie nur weiter empfehlen! I learned about this company some time ago! Die Lieferung ging schnell und problemlos und die Montage wurde wirklich sehr schnell und 1A ausgeführt. Die Qualität der Raffstores ist auch genau wie erwartet und gewünscht. Alles in allem bin ich absolut zurfrieden. Gerne wieder! After a storm, two external blinds were gone. After a long search, I found this company. I am really satisfied. The delivery was quick and easy and the assembly was really very fast and perfect. The quality of external blinds is exactly as expected and desired. All in all, I'm absolutely happy. Gladly again!

Waren wirklich preiswert, halten was versprochen wurde und die Mitarbeiter welche diese montiert haben waren echt "lässig" drauf. Bin mehr als nur zufrieden mit Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. I recently bought new Schalosien. Were really cheap, keep what was promised and the staff who mounted these were really "casual" on it. I am more than satisfied with the price - performance ratio.

Nur Ärger von Anfang bis Ende! Lieferdatum ausgemacht, eigens Urlaub genommen, nichts gekommen! Falsches Glas geliefert, wieder Wartezeit! Kein Fachpersonal ! Angelernte Hilfsarbeiter! This company is a disaster! We ordered the patio cover in early March, including a deposit. Delivered in July, completion in August! Just trouble from start to finish! Delivery date agreed, specially taken vacation, nothing came! Wrong glass delivered, wait again! No specialist staff! Skilled unskilled workers!

Finger weg oder eine gute Rechtschutzversicherung!!!! Jetzt haben wir dieses Jahr ein Problem bei der Markise, weil die Wand eingebrochen (wurde das Jahr davor nicht richtig montiert) ist und versuchen mittlerweile seit Wochen einen Termin zu bekommen. Angeschaut wurde es schon aber für die Reparatur geht es nicht...Entweder es ist niemand erreichbar oder der Termin wird aus verschiedensten Gründen abgesagt (Auto liegen geblieben, Monteuer krank oder angeblich bei uns niemand zu Hause - immer wurden wir angerufen nur beim letzten Mal nicht, da haben wir uns gemeldet warum niemand kommt und den 3.ten Urlaubstag dadurch verbraucht...). Dann heißt es immer es meldet sich jemand wegen der Termine, das passiert aber nicht, dann rufen wir an und dann ist der Kollegen auf Urlaub oder es geht überhaupt niemand ran...die Produkte sind super aber der Kundenservice schlecht wenn es um Reparaturen geht, die kein Geld bringen.... nach der Reparatur werden wir die restliche Seitenmarkise, die Markise auf der anderen Seite u den Rest sicher nicht mehr bei Sunmax machen... Either there is no one available or the appointment is canceled for various reasons (car stopped, Monteuer ill or allegedly with us no one at home - always we were called only the last time not, because we have reported why no one comes and consumed the third day of holiday by ...). Then it is always someone announces it because of the dates, but that does not happen, then we call and then the colleagues on vacation or nobody can get it ... the products are great but the customer service is bad when it comes to repairs who do not bring any money .... after the repair, we will not make the rest of the side awning, the awning on the other side and the rest no longer at Sunmax ...
M	Monika Kapan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim Verkaufen freundlich, bemüht und vor allem "erreichbar". Bei der Montage der Aussenrollos inkl. Fliegengitter wurde bei der Terrassentür etwas falsch eingebaut und versprochen, den Mangel binnen zwei Wochen zu beheben, was natürlich nicht passiert ist. Nach erster Urgenz wurde versprochen binnen zwei, drei Wochen vorbei zu kommen. Es kam natürlich wieder keiner. Danach nochmals urgiert, per Mail und telefonisch, leider wieder keine Reaktion. Alles in Allem nicht empfehlenswert. Chef ist nur beim Verkaufen bemüht, danach steht man mit Mängel und Reparaturanfragen alleine da. Standard-Ausrede vom Chef sind die angeblich "schlechten" Mitarbeiter. Gebt lieber etwas mehr Geld aus und kauft wo anders, dann erspart ihr Euch Ärger mit dieser un-kompetenten "null Sterne" Firma. Friendly, hard-working and above all "reachable" when selling. Vom Verkauf bis zur Montage hat alles Gut funktioniert selbst ein Mangel wurde gleich behoben. 6 Monate danach weder das Handy noch das Festnetz erreichbar. Eigentlich schade da die Monteure die bei uns waren sehr nett und Hilfsbereit waren. Unfortunately no longer available for a week. Everything worked fine, from sales to assembly, even a defect was rectified straight away. 6 months later neither the mobile phone nor the landline could be reached. It's actually a shame because the fitters who were with us were very nice and helpful.
