G	Ggg Hhh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Mutter ist im Pflegeheim Gänserndorf. Als sie sehr stark verkühlt war, wollte ich vom behandelnden Arzt, Hrn. Imböck, Auskunft über den Gesundheitszustand meiner Mutter. Da er gerade am Stützpunkt saß ging ich zu ihm hin und wartete bis er mit seinen Schreibarbeiten fertig war. Außer mir stand niemand beim Stützpunkt und obwohl er mich angeschaut hat wurde ich voll von ihm ignoriert. Nach Rücksprache mit der Stützpunktleiterin die mit Hrn. Imböck telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen hatte wurde mir versprochen, daß er sich nach ca. 15 Minuten bei mir im Zimmer meiner Mutter melden wird. Nachdem ich noch einmal ca 1 1/4 Stunden gewartet habe, mußte ich o h n e Auskunft des Hrn. Imböck das Pflegeheim verlassen. Die weitere Beurteilung überlasse ich gerne jedem Leser dieser Zeilen. Von mir gäbe es keinen Stern, leider muß man aber einen Stern vergeben. PS: Die Auskunft die eigentlich vom Arzt kommen hätte sollen, habe ich dann von der diplomierten Schwester des Pflegeheimes bekommen. Kompetent, freundlich, nett und ruhig. Und das obwohl die Schwestern jeden Tag an ihre Grenzen gehen müssen. Vielen herzlichen Dank. My mother is in the Gänserndorf nursing home. When she was very cold, I wanted information from the attending physician, Mr. Imböck, about my mother's state of health. Since he was sitting at the base, I went over to him and waited until he had finished his paperwork. Except for me nobody was at the base and although he looked at me I was completely ignored by him. After consulting the base manager who had contacted Mr. Imböck by telephone, I was promised that he would contact me in my mother's room after about 15 minutes. After waiting another 1 1/4 hours, I had to leave the nursing home without any information from Mr. Imböck. I am happy to leave the further assessment to each reader of these lines. There would be no star from me, but unfortunately you have to assign a star. PS: I then got the information that should have come from the doctor from the nursing home's registered nurse. Competent, friendly, nice and calm. And that although the sisters have to go to their limits every day. Many many thanks.

K	Katrin Eder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war langjährige Patienten und stets zufrieden, aber 5 Stunden Wartezeit ist eine Frechheit, noch dazu ist es den Empfangsdamen wichtiger privat zu quatschen und lauthals kund zu tun, dass die Patienten ein Witz und ausgesprochen mühsam sind und sie nichts sehnlicher als das Wochenende herbei sehnen. Noch dazu wird man von den Damen nicht empfangen sondern lediglich mit Handzeichen gedeutet, dass man die ECard hergeben soll. Weder wird gefragt, ob man zum Arzt muss oder nicht etwasanders benötigt!! Sehr schade. I was patient for many years and always satisfied, but 5 hours of waiting is a joke, moreover, it is the receptionists more important to privately chat and loudly proclaim that the patients are a joke and very hard and they crave nothing more than the weekend , In addition, one is not received by the ladies but only interpreted with a hand signal that you should give the ECard. Neither is asked if you need to see the doctor or not something else needed !! A pity.
V	Vera Bezenek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da mein Hausarzt auf Urlaub war, ging ich erstmals zu Dr. Schleinzer/ Dr. Imböck. Nachdem ich mit Schmerzen und Kreislaufproblemen über eine halbe Stunde in der Schlange anstehen musste, wurde mir beim Anmeldeschalter - nicht gerade freundlich - erklärt, dass man keine Zeit für mich hätte. Sehr ärgerlich! Wenn es schon so ist, könnte man nicht wenigstens mittels Zettel beim Eingang darauf hinweisen, so dass sich potentielle Neupatienten wenigstens die unnötige Wartezeit ersparen? Since my family doctor was on vacation, I went to Dr. Schleinzer / Dr. Imböck. After I had to queue for over half an hour with pain and circulatory problems, I was told at the registration desk - not exactly friendly - that they would not have time for me. Very annoying! If so, couldn't you at least point this out by means of a slip of paper at the entrance, so that potential new patients at least save the unnecessary waiting time?

Die 5 Sterne gelten aber besonders für Frau Dr. Denn mit ihr kann ich sehr gut reden .. Auch über Probleme Da es für mich schwer ist Orthopäden zu finden die ich auch so vertrauen kann komm ich mit all möglichen Problemen in die Ordination und werde trotzdem gut behandelt.. Herr Dr Imböck kann besonders gut mit Kindern umgehen und hat schnell eine Lösung parat Auch das weitere Team ist soweit ganz gut Stets freundlich und kompetent Kommen gerne wieder For years, we have been patients with Dr Schleinzer and Dr Imböck. b	bella unknown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit Dr. Imböck gemacht. Beim Versuch das zu klären, wurde mir gesagt, ich müsste zwei Stunden warten. Nie wieder!!! Auf docfinder wird meine Kritik auch immer wieder gelöscht, weshalb ich der Plattform nicht mehr traue! Wartezeit ist dort ein Horror! Hatte gerade eine Nierenkolik und durfte freundlicherweise eine Stunde warten, weil es die Ordinationsassistentin nicht interessiert hat, dass ich vor Schmerzen heule... My criticism is always deleted on docfinder, which is why I no longer trust the platform! Waiting time is a horror there! A	Andrea Boschik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fr. Dr. Schleinzer ist stets bemüht und freundlich. Mit ihr bin ich sehr zufrieden. Aber die Empfangsdamen sind eine Frechheit. Sie schauen die Patienten gar nicht an und können nicht einmal grüßen. Am Telefon wartet man durchschnittlich 15 Min., was ebenfalls eine Unverschämtheit ist. Dann müssen sie sich anders organisieren. Ich hatte im Dez.und Jänner oft das Vergnügen den blonden Damen bei der Arbeit zuzuschauen und zuzuhören. Sie sind generell sehr unfreundlich und bequem. Diese Meinung vertreten viele Patienten, mit denen ich rede. Das Fr. Schleinzer da noch nicht reagiert hat, wundert mich. Loben möchte ich aber die Arzthelferin Andrea und den "jungen" Herrn. Beide haben eine natürlich nette Art und erledigen schnell ihre Aufgaben. Mrs. Dr. Schleinzer always tries hard and is friendly. I am very happy with her. But the receptionists are a joke. They don't even look at the patients and can't even greet them. On average, you wait 15 minutes on the phone, which is also outrageous. Then they have to organize themselves differently. In December and January I often had the pleasure of watching and listening to the blond ladies at work. They are generally very rude and lazy. This is the opinion of many patients I speak to. I'm surprised that Mrs. Schleinzer hasn't reacted yet. But I would like to praise the medical assistant Andrea and the "young" gentleman. Both have a naturally nice manner and quickly complete their tasks.
