Ich bekam eine Verständigung von DPD das die von mir bestellte Ware im Paketshop hinterlegt wurde obwohl ich extra daheim darauf gewartet habe. Um sicher zu gehen das ich nicht unnötig losfahre rief ich im Shop an und mir wurde äusserst unfreundlich mitgeteilt das ich in das Shop kommen müsste und die Zeit der Mitarbeiterin zu wertvoll sei um mit mir zu telefonieren??? Ich blieb jedoch hartnäckig und sie sah dann doch nach ob unter meinem Namen etwas abgegeben worden ist und welch Überraschung - keine Ware für mich abgegeben!!! Immerhin repräsentiert sie durch die Annahme von Aufträgen die Firma DPD. Wenn ihre Zeit zu kostbar ist, dann sollte sie Arbeit die sie nicht schafft auch nicht annehmen und sie kann diese Kritik ja gerne an den Fahrer weitergeben der nicht in der Lage war sich bemerkbar zu machen (bei einem frei stehenden Einfamilienhaus) This assessment concerns the business as a parcel shop of DPD. To make sure that I don't drive off unnecessarily, I called the shop and was told in an extremely unfriendly manner that I had to come to the shop and that the employee's time was too valuable to call me ??? However, I persisted and she then checked whether something had been handed in under my name and what a surprise - no goods were handed in for me! After all, she represents the DPD company by accepting orders. If your time is too precious, then you shouldn't accept work that you can't manage and you can pass this criticism on to the driver who was not able to make himself noticeable (in a detached house)
C	Claudia Zadnik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliche Dame dort. Ich wollte zwei Pakete retournieren an Dpd. Ich wurde mit „Du“ angesprochen und wurde unfreundlich abgewiesen. Sicher nie wieder!!! Very rude lady there. I wanted to return two parcels to Dpd. I was addressed with "you" and was turned down unkindly. Certainly never again!

Es war nur für bestimmte Anlässe geeignet ( nur in der Kirche und Musikkonzerte getragen ), sehr gepflegt ... bitte andere Putzerei suchen es ist sehr schade , dass so was vor kommt... auch gebügelt.... halbwegs , unprofessionell . Erste und letzte Mal hier im Strasshof ! Unfortunately, I am very sad and disappointed because of the jacket, good quality is no longer wearable. It was only suitable for certain occasions (worn only to church and music concerts), very well maintained ... please look for another cleaning shop it's a pity that something like this happens... also ironed.... halfway, unprofessional. b	bella unknown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliche Frau, DPD-Service ist dort echt zum Kotzen, weshalb ich gar nicht über den Lieferanten bestellen möchte. Leider kann man es sich nicht immer aussuchen. Die Reinigung ist komplett überteuert, da fahre ich nach Gänserndorf. So muss sich echt niemand behandeln lassen!!! Und Kunden einfach per "du" anzureden... Was soll das? RESPEKTLOS! Zusätzlich hat sie mitten im Telefonat einfach aufgelegt. Rude woman, DPD service really sucks there, which is why I don't want to order through the supplier at all. Unfortunately, you can't always choose. The cleaning is completely overpriced, so I drive to Gänserndorf. No one needs to be treated like that! And simply addressing customers as "du"... What's that supposed to mean? DISRESPECTFUL!
