Außerdem sind hochwertige Medical-Fitness Trainingsgeräte sowohl für Reha- als auch für Präventions-Training vorhanden. Sowohl Personal Training als auch ein freies Training, unter anderem, auf einer veränderbaren Indoor-Parcours ist möglich. In der Sporthalle befinden sich ebenfalls Gewichthebe-Plattformen für die Schnellkraftübungen aus dem Olympischen Gewichtheben. Das Trainingsangebot umfasst auch ein hochintesives-intervall Boxworkout, wobei die boxtypischen Verletzungen den Teilnehmern*innen erspart bleiben! ????
Top trainers lead excellent, scientifically developed group sessions. In addition, high-quality medical fitness training equipment is available for both rehabilitation and prevention training. Both personal training and free training, among other things, on a changeable indoor course is possible. In the sports hall there are also weightlifting platforms for speed exercises from Olympic weightlifting. The training offer also includes a high-intensity interval boxing workout, whereby the participants are spared the typical boxing injuries! ????

Hands down the best fitness place by far. Very well equipped gym with modular system to accomodate all sports need, very welcoming and family-like atmosphere. Super nice and skilled coaches to perfectly and personally train you without any judging comments or glances whatsoever if you don't know or cant do exercises yet.
I seriously cant imagine going back to "regular" gyms, where I always felt slightly out of place or not good enough.
Nice and clean facilities, free towels, lockers lock with your member card, air conditioned, water station right in the gym.
