â â â â â The taxi I ordered to get to the airport didn't come at all! Can you imagine the stress when you have to catch your flight but your taxi isn't coming?! Yeah, nobody wants that.
I'll never book them again!

â â â â â NEVER EVER AGAIN: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!. Bad and unprofessional interaction. The company managed a late arrival very unprofessionally. I received contradicting information how and where I will be picked up. They were saying that I should wait at the infopoint and somebody will pick you up. Other person told me that somebody will call me. Finally somebody called me after half an hour calling and discussing that I would have to wait another 20 minutes. That was the moment just cancel and write this critic.

They can say we gave the wrong address, but that's not the truth.
They confirm rides and then don't show up. BEWARE,

â â â â â Had two rides with them. First one was a very good experience. The driver was on time, very friendly and had the requested childseat with him. 5 stars for that.
However, the second time the driver arrived in time but didnât bring the requested childseat. I didnât have time to get another car so he drove us to the airport with my baby in the carrier. Could have taken a regular taxi for this. He did say heâll drive slow, which he did, but still. Annoyed me a lot and will not book again through them.

â â â â â Warning of CoolCab: they try to charge higher prices!
The pre-ordered taxi arrived in time at my appartement in Vienna. It was 4:30 am and public transport was no option. As soon as I sat in the car, I received a call by someone from CoolCab, telling me that I had to pay 28 Euro instead of 25 Euro. I refused and pointed to the email confirmation of a fixed price. Only after threatening to report the company to the police right away, the man on the phone backed down and agreed on the 25 Euro.
The rest of the drive passed without problems. I am not sure if the driver had a say in any of it, his German seems to be quite patchy. Clearly CoolCab, or at least someone from that company, tried to use the early-morning-close flight time-situation to charge a higher price.

â â â â â ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!! The taxi arrived 40 minutes after the time I had booked (ID 25846) despite several calls. There was a stench of smoke in the car and the driver drove very aggressively. It costs less than the others but it's not worth it. Absolutely not recommended!
