Very nice and good doctor who goes to great lengths to help her patients. Modern practice, very nice staff who, together with the doctor, do everything to support their patients that they are not doing well.

Dann kam die enttäuschung als ich erfuhr dass, das Medikament falsch war. A very nice doctor but unfortunately wrong antibiotic prescribed. I was at the doctor's when my family doctor was on vacation. Then came the disappointment when I found out that the drug was wrong.
C	Carthagocamp AT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz Termin und gezogener Nummer kommen Patienten vor einem dran, die entweder keine Nummer ziehen oder welche, die sympathischer sind (bei meinem letzten Besuch waren es zwei, diesmal schon 4 Personen, keine Ahnung was da läuft, aber ich war zum letzten Mal hier. War schon so lange und voller Zufriedenheit bei Fr.Dr. Pfau, da war noch alles in Ordnung. Despite the appointment and the drawn number, patients come in front of you who either do not draw a number or who are more personable (on my last visit there were two, this time already 4 people, I have no idea what is going on, but I was here for the last time. I had been with Dr. Pfau for so long and with full satisfaction, everything was still fine.

Everyone is very friendly and understanding. Waiting times can be long, but I understand that. The practice is nice and inviting.

J	Jana Free on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorerst, HUT AB ! Bei so einer großen Patientenanzahl trotzdem die Qualität der Betreuung so gut zu halten ist wirklich gelungen! Für solch ein top Sevice und Betreuung warte ich gerne. Die Ordination ist sehr leicht zu erreichen und außen auch sehr gut gekennzeichnet, sehr hell und modern eingerichtet, durch ein Nummernsystem ist man nicht an das ewige "Schlange-Stehen" gezwungen, an Kleinkinder wurde auch - mit einem netten Spiel-und Malbereich - gedacht und nun mein Favorit: Das Patienten-WC ist mal zur abwechslung kein "graus", es ist wirklich sehr hygienisch, alles ist immer vorhanden und an die Damen wurde mitgedacht (!) Es stehen den Patientinnen diverse Tampons und Binden zur verfügung. :) Die Ärztin selbst ist eine sehr liebe und fürsorgliche, nimmt sich wirklich Zeit und nimmt einen ernst, fragliches wird sofort abgeklärt durch diverse Untersuchungen, somit fühle ich mich sehr sicher und auch endlich mal ernstgenommen. Danke für eure tolle Leistung! For now, HAT OFF! With such a large number of patients, maintaining the quality of care so well is really successful! I am happy to wait for such top service and support. The ordination is very easy to reach and also very well marked on the outside, very bright and modern, a number system means you are not forced to "stand in line", small children have also been thought of with a nice play and painting area And now my favorite: The patient toilet is not a "horrible" one for a change, it is really very hygienic, everything is always available and the ladies have been thought of (!) There are various tampons and pads available to the patients. :) The doctor herself is a very loving and caring one, really takes her time and takes you seriously, questions are immediately clarified through various examinations, so I feel very safe and finally taken seriously. Thank you for your great performance!

Sie oder die kollegen haben vergessen meine Medikamente auf die ecard zu buchen, dazu haben sie meine ecard auf sich übertragen und somit konnte ich die bei meiner hausärztin nicht verwenden. Auch bei emails und anrufen weder Antwort noch Entschuldigung. Ich nehme meine Medikamente täglich und habe sie dringend gebraucht. Für 2 tage hatte ich gar nichts. Zum Glück öffnete meine Hausärztin schnell und wir konnten es irgendwie lösen, obwohl probleme mit der ecard da waren. Nicht empfehlenswert. Was at the doctor because my family doctor was on vacation. You or your colleagues forgot to book my medication on the ecard. To do this, you transferred my ecard to yourself, so I couldn't use it with my family doctor. Even with emails and phone calls, neither answer nor apology. I take my medication every day and I needed it urgently. For 2 days I had nothing at all. Fortunately, my GP opened the door quickly and we were able to solve it somehow, even though there were problems with the ecard. Not recommended.
