A	Alexander Wilpert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr kompetent, verständnisvoll, geringe Wartezeiten. Einzig im Gebäude die Praxis zu finden beim ersten Besuch ist etwas verwirrend. Very competent, understanding, low waiting times. Only finding the practice in the building on your first visit is a bit confusing.

J	Julia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrophe!! Meine Hausärztin ist auf Urlaub, somit musste ich zu Ihrer Vertretung. Als ich vorab bereits angerufen hatte, hat man mich versucht abzuwimmeln. In der Ordination angekommen, musste ich 30 min warten bis ich mich hab überhaupt anmelden dürfen. Nach einem "Guten Tag" meinerseits wurde ich von der Telefonist regelrecht angeschrien warum ich den erst jetzt gekommen bin. Ich wurde von Ihr mit meiner E-card beschmissen und mir wurde gesagt, dass man mich nicht mehr anmelden wird, da sich angeblich meine Behandlung in 45 min nicht mehr ausgeht. Als ich nach der Ärztin bat, hat diese während unserer Unterhaltung zwei Mal auf die Uhr geschaut und mir gesagt ich möge nach Hause gehen und viel Flüssigkeit trinken. Ich kann schon verstehen, dass man kurz vor dem Urlaub voller Vorfreude ist, dennoch ist dies kein Grund so aggressiv zu werden. Die Telefonistin ist unfreundlich und jenseits von hilfsbereit - Ihr würde eine Schulung in Sachen Benehmen und Umgangsformen nicht Schaden!! Kann ich nicht empfehlen, lasst euch lieber wo anders behandeln aber nicht in dieser Ordination. Der eine Stern ist auch zu viel - aber keinen Stern zu vergeben geht leider nicht!!! Catastrophe!! My family doctor is on vacation, so I had to go to your representative. When I called in advance, they tried to get rid of me. When I got to the ordination, I had to wait 30 minutes before I was even allowed to register. After a "good day" on my part, the operator shouted at me why I only came now. I was thrown away with my e-card by her and I was told that I would no longer register because my treatment was supposedly not going to go out in 45 minutes. When I asked for the doctor, she looked at the watch twice during our conversation and told me to go home and drink plenty of fluids. I can understand that one is full of anticipation shortly before the holiday, but this is no reason to be so aggressive. The operator is unfriendly and beyond helpful - a training in behavior and manners would not hurt her !! I cannot recommend it, let yourself be treated somewhere else but not in this ordination. The one star is too much - but unfortunately you cannot assign a star !!!
J	Jonason Sigal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Praxis ist toll. Schwester bei der Anmeldung ist Höflich geht auf dem Patienten ein Formular Befunde usw. Fr. Doktor hört sich die Frage und Antworten der Patienten an; welche Beschwerden Krankheit sbild; sie haben. Dann kommt die Untersuchung. Danach wird entschieden welche weiteren Untersuchungen folgen : Röntgen Ct Labor usw !! Fr Doktor kann ich nur weiter empfehlen! !! Practice is great. Sister is polite when registering, a form reports on the patient, etc. Ms. Doctor listens to the patient's questions and answers; what complaints clinical picture; They have. Then comes the investigation. Then it is decided which further examinations will follow: X-ray Ct laboratory etc. For doctor I can only recommend it! !!

C	Cl.Wi. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Sprechstundenhilfe & tolle Ärztin. Die Doktorin hört zu und berät, aber auch ned langatmig/ausschweifend. Empfehle sie allen im Umkreis! Great receptionist & great doctor. The doctor listens and advises, but not at length/excessively. Recommend them to everyone in the area!

A	Ali Farhat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and takes her time to talk to her patients and gives thorough advices let alone the great receptionist and very short waiting time. Only downside is no elevator for elderly and people with strollers. Highly recommended doctor.
