Beschwerde bei der Ärztekammer ist raus, das ist so pauschal illegal. I was informed in this practice (as is also shown by a sign there) that without exception, every certificate and every medical confirmation should cost 27 euros. Complaint to the Chamber of Physicians is out, this is illegal across the board.

Obwohl ich über einen EU-weiten Krankenversicherungsschutz verfüge und meine europäische Krankenversicherungskarte vorzeigen konnte, wurde mir eine ärztliche Begutachtung und vor allem die Verschreibung dringend benötigter Medikamente versagt. Habe soeben Beschwerde bei der Ärztekammer und dem Ombudsmann eingelegt, dieses Vorgehen ist illegal. Ich bin in Deutschland bei der BKK atlas Ahlmann versichert, in den vergangenen 3 Jahren konnte jeder Arztbesuch problemlos über die WGKK abgerechnet werden. Der Vorfall verärgerte mich besonders, da mir am Telefon nichts Derartiges angekündigt wurde und ich trotz schweren Fiebers den Weg in die Praxis auf mich nahm - um dann vor Ort abgewiesen zu werden. Although I have EU-wide health insurance coverage and was able to show my European health insurance card, I was refused medical examination and, above all, the prescription of urgently needed medication. I have just lodged a complaint with the Medical Association and the Ombudsman, this is illegal. I am insured with the BKK atlas Ahlmann in Germany. In the past 3 years, every visit to the doctor was easily settled via the WGKK. The incident particularly annoyed me because nothing of the kind was announced to me on the phone and, despite a severe fever, I made my way into practice - before being turned away on site.

Auch als ich das Thema Allergie angesprochen habe und es abklären lassen wollte, hat sie nur geantwortet, ich soll erst dann kommen wenn ich die Beschwerden habe!! Anscheinend muss man krank sein damit man ernst genommen wird heutzutage!! Even when I raised the subject of allergy and wanted to clarify it, she only replied that I should only come when I have the complaints! Apparently you have to be sick to be taken seriously these days !!
