Unsere Kinder kommen auch sehr gerne zum seine Ordination! Das ist für mich sehr wichtig. Und sein Team ist super! I have been his patient for 7 years. Also my husband and our 6 children. He takes his time for the patients, he explains everything. Our children also like to come to his ordination! That is very important to me. And his team is great!

Keine Pünktlichkeit. Die Ordination ist nicht zu empfehlen. Ich gehe nicht mehr hin. Suche mir einen anderen Arzt. If you want a prescription over the phone you can wait 1 to 2 hours until someone graciously picks it up. Waiting time of 30 to 45 minutes despite the thermal baths. No punctuality. Ordination is not recommended. I am not going any more. Find me another doctor.
E	Esma Brzn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ledermüller haben wir in der Familie sehr lieb, aber manchmal reicht es nicht alleine einen guten Ruf zu haben. Die neue Sekretärin, namens Nikol oder so ist leider zu arrogant und respektlos gegenüber der älteren Damen. Habe leider mitgekriegt wie sie sowohl am Telefon als auch persönlich mit älteren redet. Das macht mich leider sehr traurig. Manchmal denke ich mir, dass sie rassistisch ist.. Bitte ändern Sie das. In meiner Karriere habe ich auch sehr viel mit Kunden zu tun, aber niemals werde ich gegenüber sie respektlos. Wir haben hier in der gegend sehr viele Nachbarn die Sie (Dr Herbert) sehr gerne haben. Bitte åndern Sie diese Situation. Wir würden schon die alte Sekretärin die sehr lange uns begleitet hat, vermissen We are very fond of Dr Ledermüller in the family, but sometimes it is not enough to have a good reputation alone. A	Adrienne A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Arzt persönlich ist der kompetent, nett und nimmt sich Zeit, wenn er Zeit hat. Die Ordinationsassistentinnen/ Sekretärinen hingegen sind ein Witz. Unfreundlich, gemein, gehässig, "nicht mein Problem"... bei einer Schlange die bis ins Stiegenhaus geht, sieht sich eine von beiden nicht als Zuständig und sitzt gemütlich daneben, während die andere gehetzt hin und her läuft. The doctor personally is competent, nice and takes his time when he has the time. The ordination assistants, on the other hand, are a joke. Unfriendly, mean, spiteful, "not my problem" ... with a line that goes up to the staircase, one of the two does not see himself as responsible and sits comfortably next to it, while the other paces back and forth in a hurry.

Es ist sehr selten, so einen kompetenten Arzt zu finden. Dr Ledermüller knows how to deal with each individual patient and does not take anything lightly. E	EvaxChen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die wartezeiten sind aber eine frechheit. Da macht man sich einen termin aus und wartet genauso lnge wie wenn man keinen termin macht. Da ist wohl ein Mangel an Zeitmanagement. But the waiting times are ridiculous. You make an appointment and wait just as long as if you didn't make an appointment. There is probably a lack of time management.
