M	M B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Wartezeiten sind unglaublich! In 3 Stunden 3 Patienten, das gibt es nicht! Und ich sitze noch immer da und 3 Leute sind noch vor mir. Viel Spaß! The waiting times are incredible! 3 patients in 3 hours, that doesn't exist! And I'm still sitting there and 3 people are still in front of me. Have fun!
k	kinga simon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Räumlichkeiten schön und gepflegt. Wartezeit unglaubliche 2:20 Stunden!!!! Das ist doch viel zu lange!!!! Sogar mit Kleinkind!!!! Ordinstionsgehilfin sehr freundlich. Ärztin sehr sympathisch und kompetent! Nimmt sich Zeit für die PatientInnen- wahrscheinlich auch daher die lange Wartezeit. Rooms nice and well maintained. Wait incredible 2:20 hours !!!! That's too long !!!! Even with toddler !!!! Ordinstionsgehilfin very friendly. Doctor very sympathetic and competent! Takes time for the patients - probably also the long waiting time.

Frau Dr. Wurzer ist sehr lieb und hat ein gutes Einfühlungsvermögen und Kompetenz! Die Rezeptionistin ist auch sehr nett und freundlich! Long wait but it's always worth it for me! A book helps about the waiting time. Miss Dr. Wurzer is very kind and has good empathy and competence! The receptionist is also very nice and friendly!
G	Graf “Graf Zeppelin” Zeppelin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War ab dem Aufsperren anwesend...zuerst mal eine halbe Stunde im Stiegenhaus anstellen bis man bei der Annahme ist .Dann noch 3 1/2 Stunden warten bis man zur Ärztin darf für eine 5 minütige Krankschreibung ...bei Kreislaufproblemen und starker Verkühlung 4 Stunden für eine Krankschreibung warten ist absolut inakzeptabel. Mir ist es so vorgekommen, als würden Leute vorgezogen werden, die sich nach mir angemeldet haben. Das geht für mich gar nicht! Was present from the Aufsperren ... first half an hour in the stairwell hire until one is on the assumption. Then wait another 3 1/2 hours to the doctor for a 5 minute sick leave ... in circulatory problems and strong Verkühlung 4 Waiting hours for a sick leave is absolutely unacceptable. It seems to me that people are preferred who have registered for me. That does not work for me!
K	K B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin nun schon seit ein paar Jahren Patientin. Die Ordination ist modern eingerichtet und sauber. Die Ordinationsgehilfin ist stets freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit (hatte heute Komplikationen im UKH und mit ihr telefoniert). Fr. Dr. Wurzer ist auch sehr nett, nimmt sich Zeit und geht auf mich ein. Ich wurde noch nie "abgefertigt", wie man das manchmal von anderen Ärzten kennt. Was mir auch gefällt ist, dass sie keine aggressiven Behandlungsmethoden verwendet. Die Wartezeiten sind öfters lange, aber das nimmt man für so eine gute Betreuung in Kauf. Und die über die Wartezeit nörgelnden Patienten können ja woanders hingehen und brauchen das nicht am Personal auslassen (welches dann immer noch freundlich bleibt!). I have been a patient for a few years now. The ordination is modern and clean. The nurse is always friendly and very helpful (had complications in the UKH and talked to her today). Dr. med. Wurzer is also very nice, takes his time and comes to me. I've never been "cleared", as is sometimes known by other doctors. What I also like is that she does not use any aggressive treatments. The waiting times are often long, but you take that for such a good care in purchasing. And the nagging patients about the wait can go somewhere else and do not need to miss the staff (which still stays friendly!).
C	Carina Plachy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fr. Dr. Wurzer ist eine würdige Nachfolgerin von Dr. Rötzer. Sie nimmt sich Zeit für die Patienten. Was ich sehr schätze ist, dass sie nicht bei jedem Huster schweres Geschütz auffährt. Beginnend bei einer ausführlichen Anamnese macht sie sich auf die Suche nach der Ursache und ist nicht eine reine Symptombekämpferin. Unterstützung gibt es von der ausserordentlich netten Dame beim Empfang. Ja, hie und da muss man sich ein wenig gedulden. Dass sollte es einen aber Wert sein. Buch in die Tasche und froh darüber sein, dass man so gut Ärzte hat. Dr. Wurzer is a worthy successor to Dr. Rötzer. She takes time for her patients. What I really appreciate is that it doesn't bring up heavy artillery with every cough. Starting with a detailed anamnesis, she searches for the cause and is not just a symptom fighter. There is support from the extremely nice lady at the reception. Yes, here and there you have to be a little patient. It should be worth it. Put your book in your pocket and be happy that you have such good doctors.
K	Kartalizma_34 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Sterne hab ich vergeben weil ich was klicken musste. Ich kenn die Ärztin nicht und war auch nie bei ihr. Aber ich kenn ihren Vorgänger, ich hab seinen Namen vergessen war eigentlich garnicht so alt der Mann. Bin jetzt zufällig auf die Praxis gestoßen und wollte einfach loswerden wie sehr ich den Doc vor ihr vermisse. Voll der Chiller, hatte keine Assistentin. Wenn die Tür auf ging sind alle reingestürmt wegen Rezepte, der was eigentlich dran war musste da stehen und warten bis er fertig ist mit Rezepte aufschreiben. Hat auch nie Probleme gemacht wegen Rezepte, hat mir aufgeschrieben was ich wollte. Krankenstände hat er auch kein tam tam gemacht , manchmal hatte ich keine Versicherung war auch meist latte. Aber er war ein guter Arzt, hat schon gereicht wenn du ihm die Symptome gesagt hast der hatte immer das richtige Medikament. Wünsche ihm auf jeden fall alles gute falls Sie es ausrichten können fr. Dr Wurzer ?️ I gave the stars because I had to click something. I don't know the doctor and I've never been to her. But I know your predecessor, I forgot his name, the man wasn't that old at all. I came across the practice by chance and just wanted to get rid of how much I miss the doc in front of her. Full of chiller, had no assistant. When the door opened, everyone rushed in because of recipes, the one who actually had to stand there and wait until he had finished writing down the recipes. Also never caused problems with recipes, wrote down what I wanted. Nor did he take sick leave, sometimes I had no insurance and it was mostly latte. But he was a good doctor, it was enough if you told him the symptoms, he always had the right medication. In any case, wish him all the best if you can bring it on fr. Dr Wurzer ?️
D	Do Laura Schator on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte schon lange keine Hausärztin mehr (bin keine Arztgeherin) und wurde über zwei Kundschaft von mir (ich bin seit 2007 Fotografin auf der Brigittenauer Lände 18) empfohlen. Die Wartezeit lohnt sich wirklich - ich wurde über meinen Blutbefund noch nie so klar und direkt aufgeklärt und fühle mich sehr wohl bei meiner neuen Hausärztin. Auch die Assitantin am Schalter sehr nett und nach dem 2.mal erkennt Sie einen schon wenn man bei der Türe reinkommt. Persönliche Nachricht an die Raunzer: Was wollt Ihr? Eine Abfertigungsärztin oder jemanden der einen wirklich untersucht und noch in die Augen schaut? Die Frage einfach beantworten und hingehen oder nicht! The waiting time is really worth it - I have never been so clearly and directly informed about my blood results and I feel very comfortable with my new family doctor. The assistant at the counter is also very nice and after the second time she recognizes you when you come in at the door. Personal message to the rascals: What do you want?
