Ich bleibe - trotz Umzug ! Best family doctor. Very nice, patient ladies in the ordination and with telephone contact. These requirements are already 50% of the healing success. I stay - despite moving!
c	cordula roitinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann nur gutes über den Herr Dr. Kitzler sagen.... Nachdem mein voriger Arzt bei dem ich jahrelang war, in Pension gegangen ist, hat die Suche angefangen. Da ich ohnehin Vertrauensprobleme habe war die Suche nach einem neuen Arzt nicht gerade einfach, jedes Quartal hab ich den Arzt gewechselt und nach etwa 1.5 Jahren hab ich ENDLICH den Herr Dr. Kitzler gefunden und er nahm mich auch prompt auf! Er nimmt sich für wirklich alles Zeit und ich habe endlich wieder das Gefühl dort gut aufgehoben zu sein. Egal um welches "Problemchen" es geht er nimmt es ernst hört zu und findet eine Lösung bzw. eine passende Behandlung! Ich bin sehr froh diesen Arzt gefunden zu haben. Und darüber hinaus ist er noch dazu ein wirklich herausragender Künstler! Ein Arzt den ich jedem nur weiter empfehlen kann!! I can only say good things about Dr. Clit say .... After my previous doctor, whom I was with for years, retired, the search began. Since I have trust problems anyway, the search for a new doctor was not exactly easy, I changed doctor every quarter and after about 1.5 years I FINALLY met Dr. Clit found and he took me on promptly! He really takes time for everything and I finally feel like I'm in good hands there again. No matter which one "Problem" it works, he takes it seriously, listens and finds a solution or a suitable treatment! I am very happy to have found this doctor. And what's more, he's a really great artist! A doctor I can only recommend to everyone!

Leider zwei Sterne Abzug da die Wartezeit einfach nicht zu erklären ist! Meine Frau sitzt gerade seit 2 Stunden und 15 Minuten nach der Anmeldung bei der Empfangsdame und wartet bis sie dran ist! Vor ihr waren gerade drei Patienten, aber irgendwie gibt es hier ein unerklärliches System. Sehr krank sollte man nicht sein bei den Wartezeiten!!! My wife is a patient with Dr. Clit and we both think he is the most competent doctor far and wide! Unfortunately two stars deduction because the waiting time is simply not to be explained! My wife has been sitting at the receptionist for 2 hours and 15 minutes after registering and is waiting for her turn! There were just three patients in front of her, but somehow there is an inexplicable system here. You shouldn't be very sick with the waiting times !!!

He is one of the best doctors I know. They are all very friendly and nice. I feel comfortable there and in good hands. I can only recommend him.

Auch die Abwicklung im Vorzimmer läuft sehr diskret und professionell ab. Die Praxis ist sehr gut für mich gelegen. Ich komme gerne wieder. Good doctor, I was very satisfied. Unfortunately it was very difficult to get an appointment, but that shows that the doctor was very well received. The processing in the anteroom is also very discreet and professional. The practice is very well located for me. I will gladly come again.
E	Esra E. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NIE WIEDER!!!! Mein Hausarzt war krank deshalb hab ich zu diese Ordination gehen müssen!! Bei der Anmeldung erklärte ich der Sekräterin, dass mein Hausaezt krank ist und ich deshalb gekommen bin. Entweder war es ihr schlechter Tag oder sie ist immer so - ich weiß es nicht! Als sie mich nach dem Namen meines Hausarztes fragte, schrieb ich ihn auf, sie suchte ihn im System und fragte mich - „Und ihr Arzt soll jetzt geschlossen haben?“ In einem Ton als würde sie mir nicht glauben(weil sie im system sieht, dass er eigentlich geöffnet ist- aber er war ja krank!! Und seine ordi hatte zu!!) Daraufhin hab ich ihr nochmals in dem Ton wie sie zürckgeantwortet „ ja, weil er krank ist??“ Sie hat sofort angefangen mit „ was werden sie frech?! Wenns ihnen nicht passt, dann können sie wo anders hin!! Sie hat mich angefangen anzuschreien!! Sowas hab ich noch nie in meinem leben erlebt!! Ihre Kollegin hat alles mitbekommen und mich sofort übernommen. Als ich es dem Arzt (es war nicht der Herr Dr Kitzler, war ein anderer Arzt) gesagt habe, hat er sich nicht geäußert, keine Bemerkung gemacht, nichtmal gefragt was passiert ist!! Die jüngere blonde Sekräterin ist eine unerträgliche, extrem freche Mitarbeiterin, die absolut keine Freude an ihrer Arbeit hat und glaubt anscheinend, dass die Ordination ihr gehört!!! NIE WIEDER !! NEVER AGAIN!!!! My family doctor was sick so I had to go to this surgery!! When I registered, I explained to the secretary that my doctor was ill and that's why I came. Either it was her bad day or she's always like this - I don't know! When she asked me the name of my family doctor, I wrote it down, she looked it up in the system and asked me - "And your doctor is supposed to be closed now?" In a tone as if she doesn't believe me (because she sees in the system that he is actually open - but he was ill!! And his ordi was closed!!) Then I answered her again in the same tone as she replied "yes, because he is ill?" She immediately started with "what are you getting cheeky about?! If they don't like it, they can go somewhere else!! She started yelling at me!! I've never experienced anything like that in my life!! Your colleague noticed everything and took me on immediately. When I told the doctor (it wasn't Dr Kitzler, it was another doctor), he didn't comment, didn't make any comments, didn't even ask what happened!! The younger blond secretary is an insufferable, extremely cheeky employee who takes absolutely no pleasure in her work and apparently thinks that the ordination is hers!!! NEVER AGAIN !!

Appointment was extremely awkward and staff kept walking in and out of the room during my visit so no confidentiality or privacy. Doctors not able to answer simple questions or explain how things work in Austria. Wanted to get me out of the room as quickly as possible. I had enough and left and to top it off, the receptionist just threw a piece of paper at me at the end wordlessly. So rude. Avoid if you’re used to professional and respectful care.
