Tarek, the owner is very professional, helpful and friendly: everything was sorted out by email without any hassle. If you stop in Vienn and want to rent a bicyle go there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tarek at bike20 went above and beyond to make our cycle tour in Austria, Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary a wonderful experience. Well equipped and well set up bikes at a great price, and good information about routes and use of the train system. We'll go back if we have another trip in the area.
The HI Youth Hostel is nearby with good transit connection to the airport close by. Perfect for returning bikes at the end of the day and flying out in the morning.

My bike is as new and I had to check the invoice twice making sure they did not forget to charge anything. It was a perfect price for the service they offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired touring bikes and Ortlieb panniers from Tarek over Easter. It was perfect and very reasonably priced. He speaks great English and was really friendly. He was quick with communication to sort the booking too. Can’t recommend enough. We had a fab 8 day cycle tour along the Danube which is minutes from the Bike 20 shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired a bike for 9 days in late July/early August 2019 to ride around Vienna (also went up Kahlenberg) and then to take out to Passau and cycle back. The price included a helmet, pannier bags, tools, a lock, and lights. Tarek also provided a guide book for the route and advice on the trains to catch to Passau. The bike was in excellent condition, easy to ride, and very reliable (no issues with it on the journey at all). Would highly recommend to anyone looking to hire a bike in Vienna.
