A	Andrea G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relativ neue Praxis, daher manches noch ein wenig chaotisch - allerdings machen das die Damen mit wirklich großer Freundlichkeit wieder wett. Absolut TOP: Machen Hausbesuche!! Und: Antibiotika werden nicht (wie in manch anderer Praxis) einfach wie TicTac verteilt, sondern erst verschrieben, nachdem eine Blutuntersuchung (gleich in der Praxis!) und Test gemacht wurde, ob es überhaupt Sinn macht Antibiotika zu nehmen! Ein riesiges Plus!! War bisher immer bei Dr. Qiu und bin ein Fan: Er nimmt sich Zeit, kennt sich gut aus und und hat noch dazu immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Kompetenz, Engagement, Freundlichkeit und Charme - sehr gute Gründe, um mich wirklich SEHR gut von Dr. Qiu betreut zu fühlen. Bin sehr glücklich, meinen neuen Hausarzt gefunden zu haben! Relatively new practice, therefore some even a little chaotic - but make the ladies with really great friendliness again. Absolutely TOP: make home visits !! And: antibiotics are not (as in some other practice) just like TicTac distributed, but only after a blood test (in practice!) And test was made, if it makes any sense to take antibiotics! A huge plus !! Was always with Dr. Qiu and I'm a fan: He takes his time, knows his way around well and always has a smile on his face. Competence, dedication, kindness and charm - very good reasons to be really VERY GOOD by Dr. med. Qiu cared to feel. I am very happy to have found my new family doctor!
S	Susanne Hutter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war einmal dort wegen starken schmerzen in der hüfte. Der arzt hstte nur 3 minuten zeit, das wäre üblich. Auf verlsngen bekam ich dennoch ein rezept. Unglaiblich e so normal Nie eie I was there once because of severe pain in my hip. The doctor would only have 3 minutes, that would be normal. However, on request I got a prescription. Incredible e so normal Never one

In Zeiten wie diesen kann man froh sein wieder einen Hausarzt wie Dr. Khely zu haben. Dankeschön!!! A	Amanda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh mein Gott... Dr. Friehs, was ist das bitte für ein Arzt?? Und woher kommen bitte diese guten Rezensionen?? Die ganze Arbeit lässt er seine Assistentinnen machen(die übrigens sehr freundlich sind, was das einzig gute an der Praxis ist) Er selbst lässt es bei einem kurzen Anamnesegespräch bleiben, hört dabei auch nicht wirklich zu und lässt einen nicht aussprechen. Danach wird man in das Behandlungszimmer geschickt und dort von den Assistentinnen betreut. Interessante Behandlungsphilosophie... Oh my god ... Dr. Friehs, what kind of doctor is that ?? And where do these good reviews come from? He lets his assistants do all the work (by the way, they are very friendly, which is the only good thing about the practice). Then you are sent to the treatment room and looked after by the assistants. Interesting treatment philosophy ...

Vorher war ich ambulant wegen Schmerzinfusionen in der Ordi. Auch immer sehr zufrieden. I am extremely satisfied! Dr. Friehs Helmut has been my family doctor since the end of 2020. I receive weekly care at home. Before that, I was outpatient for pain infusions in the ordi. Always very satisfied.
S	Sabrina Gratz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte einen Termin für meine Großmutter (90). Ihre Ärztin ist auf Urlaub und hat keine Vertretung angegeben. So unfreundlich wurde ich noch nie behandelt. Sprechstundenhilfe war unfreundlich und frech. Hat nicht mal gefragt was los ist, mich schroff an die Urlaubsvertretung verwiesen. Als ich sie gebeten habe ob sie mir helfen kann herauszufinden wer das ist hat sie aufgelegt. So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. I wanted an appointment for my grandmother (90). Your doctor is on vacation and has not specified a substitute. I've never been treated so rude. Office hours help was unfriendly and cheeky. Didn't even ask what's going on, harshly referred me to the vacation replacement. When I asked her if she could help me find out who that was, she hung up. I have never experienced anything like it.
B	Birgit Reithofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Dr. Friehs selbst ist in Ordnung und man bekommt normalerweise schnell einen Termin. Dem Empfang fehlt es aber vor Ort an Organisation und Kommunikation. Ich habe mich angemeldet, da ich pünktlich zu meinem Termin erschienen bin, jedoch wurde meine E-Card anscheinend nicht gesteckt, ohne, dass mir das wer gesagt hat. So musste ich als erster Termin an dem Tag unnötig viel länger warten, was ich sehr ärgerlich finde. Dr. Friehs himself is fine and you usually get an appointment quickly. However, the reception on site lacks organization and communication. I registered because I showed up on time for my appointment, but apparently my e-card was not inserted without anyone telling me. As a result, I had to wait much longer as the first appointment that day, which I find very annoying.

I couldn't feel my hands, and I had extreme pain in my abdomen. I called his office and asked to see the doctor. The secretary said they are closing in 30 minutes. I live literally across the street from this office on Heiligenstadter Strasse. I told the secretary I am very close and can be there in a few minutes. I explained my symptoms. I was crying a little bit because I was so scared and worried. The secretary was completely uninterested in helping me. She told me to go somewhere else. She didn't give me any advice on where to go or who to call. I literally begged her, because I am not in my home country and I don't know who to ask for help. She was so callous. It sounded like she wanted to leave work early and didn't want any patients coming anymore. By the evening, my symptoms got so bad that I was taken to the emergency room in a hospital. I didn't know it at the time, but I had symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy. Your office turned me away in an emergency because I think your secretary wanted to close early. You could have seen me and told me where I could get care for this situation, but you didn't. I never felt so alone as I did at the end of that phone call. I will not forget that.
