Besuch mehr als Dr.Sittenthaler nach 4 Besuchen!Außerdem hat man fast keine Wartezeiten!Beim vorigen mussten Leute wegen Corona auf der Straße(!) warten und wurden einzeln reingelassen! Hier hatte ich Termin und kam sofort dran! Mein Hautsrzt für die Zukunft! Very good doctor! She managed more after one (!) Visit than Dr. Sittenthaler after 4 visits! Den länger als diese war ich in beiden Terminen nicht in ihrer Praxis. Ich hatte beim ersten Termin schon meine Bedenken ein zweites Mal Ihre Praxis aufzusuchen, da Ihre RezeptionistIn sehr deutlich und sehr klar verständlich über verschiedene Patientendaten Telefonnummer Abgleichung und Grund des Besuchs gesprochen hatte. Heute wollte Sie auch wieder wissen warum ich hier bin und ich möchte nicht meine sensiblen Daten laut durch die Ordination mitteilen müssen. Bei jeder Behandlung empfinde ich Ihre Diagnostik als sehr übergriffig, da Sie mir meine eigenen Erfahrungen mit meinem Körper mehrmals abgesprochen haben. Eine Ihrer Aussagen beim 1. Termin , dass ich das schon immer habe und mir es erst jetzt auffalle. Ich kann nur diese Art Bewertung Tool verwenden um wirklich klar zu stellen, dass ich sehr unzufrieden bin mit Ihrem Service - daran können Sie aber jeder Zeit etwas ändern. Doktor, erklärte Ihr meine Krankengeschichte und wurde sehr gut aufgeklärt sowieso auch gleich bestens therapiert. Rundum ein tolles Team. Kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen! Had an appointment today as a new patient. Already when registering at the desk, very competent and friendly treatment! After a "short" wait to see the doctor, she explained my medical history and was very well informed anyway and treated well right away. All around a great team. I can only warmly recommend it!

Ich kam für meine sehr geschädigten Nägel mit schmerzen und hätte etwas gebraucht das sie stärkt jedoch bekam ich nur einen Kommentar darauf und dass ich nichts machen kann außer wachsen lassen. Dann sprach ich sie auf meine dünnen ausgefallene Haare und gereizte Kopfhaut an, diese hat sie sich aber nicht einmal richtig angeschaut und wieder bekam ich ein Kommentar und das man da nichts machen kann außer Sachen die sie älteren Damen empfiehlt wenn ich was zum wachsen will (was man sich auch selber holen könnte). Ebenfalls war eine Begleitung mit mir, als die Beratung wollte war ebenfalls jedes Mal die Antwort da kann ich nichts machen und ein Kommentar "oder sie haben zu viel im Gesicht gemacht" (nichts wurde gemacht) Erstes und letztes Mal I am very dissatisfied with my visit to the doctor. Also there was an accompaniment with me when the consultation wanted was also every time the answer I can't do anything and a comment "or they did too much on the face" (nothing was done) first and last time
