Als neue Patientin habe ich Termin sehr schnell bekommen, Parkplatz vor der Tür, sehr netter Empfang, PCR Test wurde am Empfang gemacht und ohne Wartezeiten dürfte gleich zum Arzt gehen. Der Doz. Dr. Aichelburg war sehr direkt und genau in einer herzlichen Art, hat sich viel Zeit genommen, viele Fragen gestellt und meine Fragen beantwortet. Vielen lieben Dank für die wunderbare Betreuung! Die Ordinationsgehilfin war sehr freundlich, so auch der Herr Dr. - engagiert, kompetent, hat sich für mich Zeit genommen und auch noch etwas geplaudert. Da ich für mein Problem bereits eine ziemlich teure Creme, die nichts gebracht hat gekauft hatte hat er mir eine (die dann tatsächlich geholfen hat) einfach geschenkt, das war wirklich richtig nett. Kann ihn vorbehaltslos weiterempfehlen und werde ihn auch in Zukunft wieder gerne besuchen! Unfortunately, an acute appointment with my actual dermatologist did not work out because her appointment calendar was full, she referred me to Dr. referred to Aichelburg. Diese wurde mir gleich abgenommen. Somit war keine Überweisung an den Hausarzt notwendig. Das hat mir sehr viel Zeit gespart. DANKE! Eine große Weiterempfehlung! Hr.Dr. nimmt sich viel Zeit für Patienten/innen, hört zu, ist sympathisch und mehr als nur kompetent. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Simply great! I had a mole removed.
