S	Stefan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute Frechheit, durfte über eine Stunde im Wartezimmer verweilen während alle nach mir kommenden Patienten vorgezogen wurden. Für Patienten die ein geregeltes Leben mit beruflichen Verpflichtungen haben absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Mein Ersatztermin steht kommende Woche an, ich werde berichten. Absolute cheek, I was allowed to stay in the waiting room for over an hour while all the patients who came after me were brought forward. Absolutely not recommended for patients who have a regular life with professional obligations! My alternative date is next week, I will report.

Die Rezeption ist unfreundlich und reagiert nicht auf Sie. Der Arzt und das medizinische Personal sind für diesen Beruf inkompetent. #Menschlichkeit zuerst. Also in emergencies, especially with children. You must make an appointment or you will not meet with your doctor. The reception is unfriendly and doesn't respond to you. The doctor and medical staff are incompetent for this job. #humanity first.

Verstehe manch schlechte Bewertungen nicht. (Finde es persönlich etwas utopisch bei einem einzigen Arztbesuch immer direkt eine aussagekräftige Diagnose für sein Problem zu erwarten.) I am very pleased. Typical wait time is 30 minutes with an appointment. The woman at reception was friendly. The doctor gave me good advice. Don't understand some bad reviews. (Personally, I find it a bit utopian to always expect a meaningful diagnosis for your problem with a single visit to the doctor.)

C	Chelsea Duncan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Short waiting times but the doctor completely blows you off. I went in because of a painful, sensitive, discolored nail with splinter hemorrhages. Dr. Sittenthaler insisted I had just mechanical damage when nothing had happened and would not listen when I told him I thought it was something else. Ended up going to the GP for a correct diagnosis. Complete waste of time.

It took me a while to find a dermatologist who attends all the insurances, understands English and is a good practitioner. Thanks!
