Ich könnte nicht behaupten, dass Dr. Sfetsos schlechte Arbeit leistet, allerdings ist es fast unmöglich telefonischen Kontakt aufzunehmen, sei es für eine Terminvereinbarung oder nur um etwas zu fragen, da der Anruf so gut wie nie durchgestellt wird oder einfach nicht abgehoben wird. Auch nach tagelangen mehrmaligen Versuchen konnte ich nichts erreichen. Außerdem ist die Empfangsdame außerordentlich unfreundlich und derartig gelangweilt von Ihrem Job, dass es mich nicht wundern würde, wenn sie absichtlich keine Anrufe beantworten würde. Fazit: extrem gestresste Praxis, keine Zeit auf den Patienten einzugehen und sehr unkompetentes Verhalten. Nicht zu empfehlen Extremely disappointed. I couldn't argue that Dr. Sfetsos does a bad job, but it is almost impossible to make contact by phone, be it to make an appointment or just to ask something, as the call is almost never put through or is simply not picked up. Even after trying several times for days, I was unable to achieve anything. Also, the receptionist is extremely rude and so bored with her job that I wouldn't be surprised if she deliberately refused to answer calls. Conclusion: extremely stressed practice, no time to respond to the patient and very incompetent behavior. Not recommendable
2	2207karin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe heute angerufen, weil mein Sohn einen Ausschlag am Bein hat und wollte erklären, dass er demnächst ein große Reise(1 Monat) antritt! Die “nette Dame”??? am Telefon hat mir gesagt, sie gibt ihm keinen Termin, weil er 3 Termine ohne Entschuldigung fern geblieben ist. Daß stimmt mit Sicherheit nicht‼️‼️‼️ Mit ihrer unfreundlichen Art teilte sie mir mit, “sie diskutiere mit mir nicht, weil im Computer stehe es so( vielleicht hat ja die “freundliche Sprechstundenhilfe,” daß falsch eingegeben). Er könnte sich ja hinsetzen und warten ( lt. ihr dauert das sicher ein paar Stunden). Jeder Arbeitgeber ist sicher erfreut, wenn der Dienstnehmer Stunden weg ist. Nochmals - Es hat mit Sicherheit keine Termine gegeben‼️ Dr. Sfetsos ist ein sehr netter Arzt, schade, daß er so eine Sprechstundenhilfe hat. Sorry, wir haben einen anderen Arzt mit sehr netter Sprechstundenhilfe gefunden!? Called today because my son had a rash on his leg and wanted to explain that he was going on a big trip (1 month) competes! The "nice lady" on the phone told me she does not give him an appointment because he stayed away 3 appointments without apology. That's certainly not true! ️! ️! ️ With her unfriendly manner, she told me, "she does not argue with me because it's the same in the computer (maybe the" friendly receptionist, "that's wrong). He could sit down and wait (lt. It sure takes a few hours). Every employer is certainly pleased when the employee is away hours. Again - There have certainly been no dates! ️ Dr. Sfetsos is a very nice doctor, too bad he has such a receptionist. Sorry, we have found another doctor with very nice receptionist! ?

D	Domi Wolfi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin extra für einen Termin von Graz nach Steyr gefahren, nur um dann von meiner Mutter (welche sich ebenfalls einen Termin ausmachen wollte) zu erfahren, dass die Ordination wegen Krankheit geschlossen sei. Informiert wurde ich nie. Da ich mir allerdings die Rezensionen durchgelesen habe, war ich nicht allzu überrascht. Ist anscheinend ein offenes Geheimnis, dass sich die Fähigkeit der Ordinationsgehilfin in Grenzen hält. I drove from Graz to Steyr for an appointment, only to find out from my mother (who also wanted to make an appointment) that the ordination was closed due to illness. I was never informed. Having read through the reviews though, I wasn't too surprised. Apparently it is an open secret that the ordination assistant's ability is limited.
M	Matthias Rettenbacher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furchtbar unhöfliche Empfangsdame, die bei einem akuten Fall und Überweisung einen Termin für 5 Monate später in Aussicht gestellt hat. Weder Gespür für Patienten, noch die Bereitschaft irgendeine Art der Hilfestellung anzubieten. Traurig, dass sowas auf Menschen mit gesundheitlichen Beschwerden losgelassen wird! NULL Sterne wären noch angebrachter. Terribly rude receptionist who, in the case of an acute case and referral, promised an appointment for 5 months later. Neither a feeling for patients nor the willingness to offer any kind of help. Sad that something like this is unleashed on people with health problems! ZERO stars would be more appropriate.
S	Shukura Sonnenkind on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut kompetenter Arzt, Dr. Sfetsos ist sehr bemüht und immer um eine ganzheitliche Lösung bemüht, was ich als einzig richtigen Ansatz empfinde. Stärkere Medikationen werden mit regelmäßigen Blutbildern beobachtet - mit toller Beratung und einfacher Aufklärung. Zur Empfangsdame kann ich nur sagen, dass ich mit höflichem, also respektvollem Gegenübertreten noch nie ein Problem hatte - im Gegenteil! Als ich mal wegen eines Notfalls eingeschoben wurde - ja, ohne Termin kommt es eben zu längeren Wartezeiten, um die vereinbarten Termine einzuhalten - habe ich im Wartezimmer selbst miterleben dürfen mit welcher Selbstverständlichkeit manche Patienten vorstellig wurden. Für manche Menschen ist es wohl nicht mehr notwendig vereinbarte Termine einzuhalten oder ggf. einfach abzusagen, oder überhaupt welche zu vereinbaren; ich für meinen Teil, schätze es dafür umso mehr wenn ich meine vereinbarten Arzttermine ohne Wartezeit wahrnehmen kann - weil eben nicht queerbeet dran genommen wird. Absolutely competent doctor, dr. Sfetsos is very dedicated and always strives for a holistic solution, which I feel is the only right approach. Stronger medications are observed with regular blood counts - with great advice and simple education. I can only say to the receptionist that I have never had a problem with polite, respectful confrontation - on the contrary! When I was pushed in because of an emergency - yes, without appointment it comes just to longer waiting times to meet the agreed deadlines - I was allowed to witness in the waiting room itself with which matter of course some patients were present. For some people it is probably no longer necessary to meet agreed deadlines or if necessary simply cancel, or even to agree at all; For my part, I appreciate it all the more so if I can take my agreed appointments without waiting - because it is not queerbeet be taken.
P	P S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also zuerst einmal, der Arzt bekommt 5 Sterne. Aaaaber: Ordination nie tel. erreichbar, heben beim Telefon einfach nicht ab. Hab ca. 50 x angerufen. Ordinationsdamen relativ unfreundlich. Haben Corona Panik(attacken), man wird ein- u ausgesperrt, man darf keine Türschnallen angreifen. Schade, der Arzt tut mir leid mit diesen Damen! So first of all, the doctor gets 5 stars. Aaaaber: Ordination never tel. reachable, just do not answer the phone. I called about 50 times. Ordination ladies relatively unfriendly. Have Corona panic (attacks), you are locked in and out, you are not allowed to attack door buckles. Too bad, I feel sorry for the doctor for these ladies!

Die Praxis kommuniziert aktuell strikte Corona-Maßnahmen, was ich sehr gut finde. Es läuft alles sehr strukturiert ab, keine langen Wartezeiten, man kommt direkt zur Behandlung. Dr. Sfetsos ist sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben und verstanden. Took me in with an emergency when several other doctors turned me down. The practice is currently communicating strict corona measures, which I think is very good. Everything is very structured, no long waiting times, you come straight to the treatment. dr Sfetsos is very friendly, you feel very well cared for and understood.
