K	Kerstin Bauernfeind on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute zum ersten mal bei Dr. Raffier. Zwischen Anruf und Termin lagen 4 wochen- passt total, war absolut nichts dringendes. Keine wartezeit, vorzimmerdamen freundlich, ärztin sehr lieb. Nahm sich zeit- bietet mir mehrere möglichkeiten an, gute Beratung, kompetente Durchführung. Also ich könnte absolut nichts beanstanden und werde mich wieder mit gutem Gewissen an diese Praxis wenden bei Bedarf Today was the first time to see Dr. Raffier. There were 4 weeks between the call and the appointment - it fits perfectly, was absolutely nothing urgent. No waiting time, friendly waiting staff, very nice doctor. Took time to offer me several options, good advice, competent implementation. So I couldn't fault anything and I will turn to this practice again with a clear conscience if necessary

When you hear that you can't speak German well, a reason comes up: "Unfortunately, we don't take any new patients" and immediately closes the phone.

C	Christoph Hiesl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute Ärztin - schreckliche Empfangsdamen! Wurde trotz Akutfall abgewiesen da ich im selben Quartal schon bei einem anderen Hautarzt war. Nur dass dieser Hautarzt gar nicht offen hatte und Frau Dr. Raffier sehr wohl meine "Stamm" Hautärztin war. Wurde zu Hausarzt verwiesen der ebenfalls geschlossen hatte. Wurde unmenschlich abgewimmelt. Good doctor - terrible receptionists! Was rejected despite the acute case because I was already at a different dermatologist in the same quarter. Except that this dermatologist wasn't open at all and Dr. Raffier was my "regular" dermatologist. Was referred to the family doctor who had also closed. Was inhumanly turned away.

Schwer zu erreichen per Telefon - bin 5x 10 Minuten in der Warteschleife gewesen & mir wurde das Rezept 2x falsch ausgestellt. Ich habe jetzt den Arzt gewechselt!! The receptionist is rude and not competent. Neither does the doctor. Difficult to reach by phone - have been on hold 5 times for 10 minutes & I received the wrong prescription twice. I have now changed the doctor !!

Bin telefonisch wieder mal nicht in die Leitung gekommen, daraufhin hingefahren weils dringend ist, aber man bekommt nichts außer Termin telefonisch machen zuhören…auf der Suche nach einem neuen Hautarzt!!! Super unfriendly receptionists! I couldn't get through on the phone again, so I went there because it was urgent, but you don't get anything except to make an appointment by phone and listen...looking for a new dermatologist!!!
