j	johann furtlehner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin absolut zufrieden, die Ordination ist äußerst modern, Frau Dr. Streinz und ihr Personal überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wartezeiten bei Terminen halten sich in engen Grenzen und im Vergleich zu anderen Hautärzten der Region übertrifft die Ärztin alles an Kompetenz gegebene. Viele negative Rezessionen hier kann ich in keinster Weise nachvollziehen. I am absolutely satisfied, the ordination is extremely modern, Dr. Streinz and her staff are extremely friendly and courteous. Waiting times for appointments are kept within tight limits and compared to other dermatologists in the region, the doctor exceeds everything given in terms of competence. I have no way of understanding many of the negative recessions here.

Sie wirkt sehr kompetent und ist auch sehr freundlich. It was my first time here today and I can't say anything negative. The doctor was very nice, examined me immediately and I got a diagnosis straight away. She seems very competent and is also very friendly.

a	april juner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war innerhalb mehrerer Jahre mehrmals wegen unterschiedlichen Problemen bei Fr.Dr. Streinz, und muss leider sagen, dass sowohl ihre anfänglich positive, damals noch freundlich-kompetente, an den Beschwerden des Patienten interessierte Art, im Laufe der Jahre leider massiv abgenommen und ins eher inkompetent-desinteressiert-überhebliche umgeschlagen hat! Bei meinem letzten Besuch war ich entsetzt, welch negativen Wandel diese einstmals so menschenfreundliche Dame, leider zum Nachteil des Patienten, durchgemacht hat! Eine (leider komplett FALSCHE Diagnose, wie sich im Kepler UniKlinikum Linz dann herausstellte!!!) wurde nach wenigen Sekunden kurzem Sichtbefund aus ca. zwei Meter Entfernung erstellt, und mir von Fr Streinz sehr unfreundlich genervt mitgeteilt, als ich verwundert nachhakte, ob dies bereits die Untersuchung gewesen sei, da ihre Diagnose ja gar NICHT zu meinem Beschwerdebild passte. Ich wurde angeschnauzt, dass sie bereits ALLES gesehen habe das zum Befund nötig wäre, und solle das, sinngemäß nicht in Frage stellen.? Fazit: diesen letzten Besuch hätte ich mir inkl. der Wartezeiten wirklich besser ersparen können! Zeitnah gleich ins KUK, hätte mir eventuell dann auch eine SEHR unangenehme OP erspart. Nie wieder! Over the course of several years, I went to Dr. Streinz, and unfortunately has to say that both her initially positive, at that time friendly and competent manner, interested in the patient's complaints, has unfortunately decreased massively over the years and has turned into a rather incompetent-disinterested-arrogant! During my last visit I was horrified by the negative change this once so philanthropic lady has gone through, unfortunately to the detriment of the patient! A (unfortunately, completely FALSE diagnosis, as it turned out at the Kepler University Hospital Linz !!!) was made after a few seconds, briefly, from a distance of about two meters, and Fr Streinz informed me in a very unfriendly annoyance when I asked whether this was astonishing the examination had already been completed, as her diagnosis did NOT match my symptoms. I was snapped at that she had already seen EVERYTHING that was necessary for the diagnosis, and shouldn't question that, in general Conclusion: I could really have spared myself this last visit including the waiting times! Immediately to the KUK, might have saved me a VERY unpleasant operation. Never again!

Von der Ärztin kann ich nicht viel sagen da ich 'nur' zur Muttermalkontrolle dort war und ich nach 2 Min. schon fertig war mit der Untersuchung. Very rude ladies at the front desk. I have never experienced anything like it. Would give 0 stars for you. I can't say much about the doctor because I was 'only' there to check the birthmarks and after 2 minutes I was finished with the examination.
M	MarieTherese Hartig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offenbar ist es schwierig, im westlichen Mostviertel eine gute dermatologische Betreuung zu finden, insbesondere auf Krankenkasse. Nach Recherchen bei befreundeten Ärzten habe ich vor drei Monaten einen Termin bei Dr. Streinz vereinbart, den ich heute wahrgenommen habe. Vorweg: Ich bin hochzufrieden. Die Praxis ist durchdacht angelegt, es liegen keine alten, abgegriffenen Zeitschriften herum, alles wirkt sehr sauber, aber nicht unpersönlich-steril. Die Damen am Empfang haben die Praxis gut im Griff und sind, wenn man ihnen freundlich entgegenkommt, ihrerseits ebenfalls freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am wichtigsten war natürlich die Begegnung mit Dr. Streinz, die offenbar sehr ambivalente Reaktionen bei den Rezensenten auslöst. Ich hatte vor meinem heutigen, ersten Besuch schon viel Positives über sie gehört, und dieser gute Ruf hat sich als absolut begründet erwiesen. Frau Dr. Streinz wirkt extrem kompetent und daher vertrauenswürdig, sie nimmt sich Zeit, untersucht gründlich und erklärt allfällige Diagnosen. Dass sie außerdem besonders nett war, ist ein zusätzlicher Bonus, ebenso der Umstand, dass sie in der Ordination eine PUVA-Bestrahlungskabine hat. Mehr kann ich mir von einer Dermatologin nicht wünschen. Apparently, it is difficult to find a good dermatological care in western Mostviertel, in particular health insurance. I had heard from my today's first visit already many positive things about it, and this reputation has proven to be well founded as absolute. Miss Dr. Streinz is extremely competent and therefore trustworthy, she takes the time to thoroughly examined and explained any diagnoses. That it was especially nice as well, is an added bonus, as is the fact that it has a PUVA irradiation cabin in the surgery. All I can wish for from a dermatologist.
M	Manuela Schatz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrem unfreundliche Arzthelferin. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Im Internet steht, dass am Dienstag bis 18 Uhr geöffnet ist, aber um 17 Uhr ist die Ärztin nicht mehr da, alle Computer sind herunter gefahren und die Arzthelferin sagt, dass ist der Frau Doktor ihre Ordination und das geht sie nichts an. Ich bin nur wegen einem Rezept 20km dort hin gefahren und habe gnädiger Weise erreichen können dass mir das Rezept nächsten Tag zugeschickt wird. Da meine Tochter akute Hauptprobleme bekommen hat, brauchten wir kurzfristig ein Rezept. Die Arzthelferin war ja noch da um 17 Uhr, aber ausdrucken kann sie nix. Ich werde dort nicht mehr hingehen. War auch nicht dass erste Mal, dass ich mich dort geärgert habe. Vielleicht liest das ganze Streinz Team mal diese Bewertungen und ändert was. Extremely rude nurse. I have never experienced something like that. The internet says that Tuesday is open until 6 p.m., but at 5 p.m. the doctor is no longer there, all the computers are shut down and the doctor's assistant says that the doctor is her surgery and that's none of her business. I drove 20km there just for a prescription and was graciously able to get the prescription sent to me the next day. Since my daughter has acute major problems, we needed a prescription at short notice. The doctor's assistant was still there at 5 p.m., but she can't print anything. I won't go there anymore. It wasn't the first time I got angry there either. Maybe the whole Streinz team will read these reviews and change something.
S	Sandra Winklmayr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe denselben juckenden!! Ausschlag wie letztes Jahr im Gesicht - es ist aber unmöglich einen zeitnahen Termin oder das Rezept der Creme zu bekommen. Es konnte mir nur ein Termin In ca 2 Monaten angeboten werden bzw. Wurde ich unfreundlich auf meinen Hausarzt verwiesen (der die Rezeptur der Creme nicht hat und mir vorher auch nur Salben verschrieben hat, die nicht geholfen haben..) bzw.warum ich mir nicht die Tube der Creme aufbehalten habe (die schon längst letztes Jahr aufgebraucht war) ?!? Durchaus unverständlich, absolut nicht Patientenorientiert.. Got the same itchy!! Rash on the face like last year - but it is impossible to get a timely appointment or the recipe for the cream. I could only be offered one appointment in about 2 months or I was unfriendly referred to my family doctor (who does not have the recipe for the cream and only prescribed me ointments beforehand that didn't help..) or why I didn't keep the tube of the cream (which was used up long ago last year) ?!? Completely incomprehensible, absolutely not patient-oriented..
