Kreditanfrage:8000€ Rückzahlung:12000€ Staff absolutely rude! After my complaint, I was also advised not to be a suitable customer! Credit request: 8000 € Repayment: 12000 €
K	Kármen K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ zinsen zu hoch. unhöfliche mitarbeiter und rufen jede monat um 22 uhr an und am wochenende auch! das ist nicht normal! immer nur die probleme... die schlechteste Bank die ich je gesehen habe. wir zahlen die kredit ein und dann rufen an am nächste monat und sagen dass wir rückstand haben und mehr einzahlen müssen. das ist wahnsinn ?niemand sollte beim Santander kredit nehmen! niemand. Wir müssen jetzt zum Schuldnerberatung. Die haben ungefähr 10 verschiedene Telefonnummern. wir haben mit eine Mitarbeiter geredet und dann hat uns gleich eine andere nummer angerufen von Santander. Das ist Nonsens! interest too high. rude employees and call every month at 10pm and on the weekend too! that's not normal! always the problems ... the worst bank I've ever seen. we deposit the credit and then call the next month and say that we have arrears and have to deposit more. this is insane ? nobody should take a loan from Santander! no one. We now have to go to debt counseling. They have about 10 different phone numbers. We talked to an employee and then another number called Santander. This is nonsense!

Lukic ist weit und breit die beste Beraterin in Österreich, sie nimmt sich zeit, erklärt alles in Ruhe und vor allem sehr verständlich. So eine Beraterin wie sie braucht diese Bank, bin überaus zufrieden mit ihr. Ausserdem ist sie sehr sehr höflich, nett, ausgezeichneten Umgang mit Kunden, verstehe daher die schlechten Rezessionen gar nicht. Bin maßlos enttäuscht wie diese Bank mit kleinen Kunden umgeht. Kann nur jedem abraten sich bei dieser Bank einen Kredit zu nehmen. I've been paying back a loan for years and getting no feedback. Neither know anything about it, nor how high the amount is that is still open. I am immensely disappointed with how this bank deals with small customers. Can only advise everyone to take a loan from this bank.
