M	Manuel Kasis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr zuvorkommend vor allem der Empfang. Sehr kompetente Ärztin und auch die Wartezeit war mir persönlich auf keinen Fall zu lange. Da kommt man gern wieder auch ohne Probleme. ;) Very courteous, especially the reception. Very competent doctor and the waiting time was by no means too long for me personally. You'd like to come back without any problems. ;)

Es kommt nicht all zu oft vor, dass Termine bei einem Facharzt so angenehm wie bei Frau Dr. Groiss verlaufen. Somit eine Rezension mit 5 Sternen und eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung! Miss Dr. Groiss and her entire team are very friendly and extremely competent. The bright and at the same time friendly practice rounds off the picture perfectly. It is not too often that appointments with a specialist are as pleasant as with Dr. Groiss run away. A 5-star review and an unreserved recommendation!
B	Birgit Anthofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin auch sehr zufrieden bei der Fr. Dr. Groiss Ich hab noch keine schlechten Erfahrungen gehabt mit dem Telefon außer längere warte Zeit von ein paar Minute. Kann aber natürlich verstehen das es nicht lustig ist wenn man 10000 mal anruft und nicht durch kommt! Trotzdem sind alle sehr freundlich und bemüht man sollte nicht zu schlechte Bewertungen hergeben nur wegen den Telefonaten! I'm also very satisfied with Ms. Dr. Groiss I haven't had any bad experiences with the phone except for a long wait of a few minutes. But of course I can understand that it's not funny if you call 10,000 times and can't get through! Nevertheless, everyone is very friendly and tries hard not to give bad reviews just because of the phone calls!
N	Nicht Heute Sorry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nette, freundliche und Kompetente Ärztin aber das mit dem Telefonischen Terminvereinbaren ist eine Katastrophe!!!! Man ruft an steht da Leitung belegt und es wird aufgelegt !! Man kann 20x anrufen und kommt einfach nicht durch das ist eine Katastrophe!! Eine neue und bessere Telefonanlage wäre mal Ratsam wo man in der Leitung gehalten wird und nach der reihe dran kommt !!! Nicht immer sofort raus geschmissen wird wenn besetzt ist weil so kommt man nie dran außer das ist absichtlich so gemacht ?? Very nice, friendly and competent doctor but making an appointment by phone is a disaster !!!! You call the line is busy and it is hung up! You can call 20x and just can't get through it is a disaster! A new and better telephone system would be advisable where you are kept on the line and after the turn comes your turn! It is not always thrown out immediately when it is busy because you never get a turn unless it is done on purpose?

Telefonisch ist es so gut wie nicht möglich. Es benötigt oft mehr als 40 Anrufe um erfolgreich zu sein! Ein Kontaktformular oder eine Mailadresse gibt es nicht. Furchtbar! Both the doctor and the staff are nice and competent. But I can't avoid massively criticizing the accessibility. It is as good as not possible over the phone. It often takes more than 40 calls to be successful! There is no contact form or an email address. Awful!

G	Gerold Schuller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frau Dr Groiss und ihr gesamtes Team sind äusserst kompetent und sehr freundlich. Ja es gibt teilweise Schwierigkeiten beim Anrufen und etwas länger Wartezeiten, aber letztendlich kommt man dann doch durch. Ich wurde beim "ersten Mal" sozusgen dazwischengeschoben und es wurde mir sehr klar kommuniziert, dass es etwas dauern könnte. Die Wartezeit hat sich dann aber in Grenzen gehalten. Bei den Folgeterminen gab es praktisch keine Wartezeiten. Die Terminkoordination und die Betreuung durch die Angestellten ist hervorragend. Ich war wegen eines Ulcus in Behandlung, der zuvor von 2 anderen Ärzten und 2 Spitälern beahndelt wurde. Die Behandlung war gut eineinhalb Jahre bevor ich mit Fr. Dr Groiss zu tun hatte erfolglos. Innerhalb von 3 Monaten hat sich dieser Ulcus geschlossen. Ich kann diese Ordination nur jedem weiterempfehlen. Für mich absolut TOP !!! Dr Groiss and her entire team are extremely competent and very friendly. Yes, there are sometimes difficulties when calling and a little longer waiting times, but in the end you can get through. I was kind of pushed in the "first time" and it was communicated very clearly to me that it might take a while. The waiting time was then kept within limits. There was practically no waiting time for follow-up appointments. The appointment coordination and the support by the employees is excellent. I was being treated for an ulcer that had previously been treated by 2 other doctors and 2 hospitals. The treatment had been unsuccessful for a good year and a half before I had anything to do with Dr. Groiss. This ulcer closed within 3 months. I can only recommend this ordination to everyone. For me absolutely TOP !!!
