Doktor einen schnell durchpeitschen will. Die Empfangsdame ist ebenfalls sehr nett und zuvorkommen. Rundum ein guter Service. Very nice and competent doctor. No waiting, it was also taken time and man has never felt that the Fr. Doctor wants to whip a fast. The receptionist is also very nice and courteous. All around a good service.

Auch bei der Diagnostik unseres kleinen Sohnes vor einigen Jahren war sie bereits außergewöhnlich bemüht und engagiert. Rundum zufrieden! Impressively nice doctor, who can offer short-term appointments and still takes a lot of time for a detailed therapeutic discussion - as unfortunately can no longer be found these days. Even when it came to diagnosing our little son a few years ago, she had already made an extraordinary effort and commitment. Completely satisfied!

Habe diesen Termin leider total vergessen (was ganz normal ist wenn man einen Termin erst 1 Jahr später bekommt). Ich habe heute einen Anruf bekommen dass ich jetzt eine Rechnung/Verwarnung bekommen werde weil ich letzte Woche nicht erschienen bin. Sehr tolle abzocke :))) & danke für nichts. Called for an appointment in 2020 and only got an appointment in 2021. Unfortunately I totally forgot this appointment (which is quite normal if you get an appointment 1 year later). I got a call today that I will get an invoice / warning because I didn't show up last week. Very great rip off :))) & thanks for nothing.

Auch die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. An alle, die sich hier über die Kosten oder Terminprobleme aufregen, man wird im Vorfeld darauf hingewiesen, dass es eine Wahlarztpraxis ist und auch der Betrag, wird im Vorfeld genannt. Wem das zu teuer ist, für eine bessere und individuellere Behandlung, soll einfach zu einem Kassenarzt gehen. Die Termine sind gut reserviert, man bekommt auch eine SMS am Vortag, als Erinnerung und man wird nachdrücklich drauf hingewiesen, dass eine Absage Ausfallkosten verursacht. Man kann aber bei Verhinderung am Vortag absagen und den Termin verschieben. Da die Termine explizit für jede Person freigehalten werden, verstehe ich die Ärztin auch, wenn eine Verspätung Probleme verursacht. Mein Fazit: ich kann die Ärztin empfehlen, fühle mich dort gut versorgt, DANKE! Dr Gobara is a very friendly, competent dermatologist who takes a lot of time for clients. The receptionist is also very friendly and competent. To everyone who is upset about the costs or scheduling problems, you will be advised in advance that it is an elective doctor's practice and the amount is also stated in advance. If that is too expensive for a better and more individual treatment, you should simply go to a statutory health insurance doctor. The appointments are well reserved, you also get an SMS the day before as a reminder and you are explicitly informed that a cancellation will result in downtime costs. However, if you are unable to attend, you can cancel the day before and postpone the appointment. Since the appointments are explicitly reserved for each person, I understand the doctor if a delay causes problems. My conclusion: I can recommend the doctor, I feel well looked after there, THANK YOU!
