Staff member taking order seemed impatient and bored and ended up having an argument with someone at the drivethru (all in German, while I could exactly understand, I could certainly pick up on the tone and the hand gestures). Proceeded to get my order wrong, twice, and while I had to wait 5 minutes for wings to be cooked (because they thought they gave them to someone else), everything else was going cold. I couldn't wait to get out of there...turns out in my haste, I didn't double check the bag. They didn't give my wings to someone else, they were still there, but they had given them my burger. And for some reason I had another set of fries, all cold. Definitely the worst food experience I have had at a McDonalds.

If I was reviewing the people that come here and park their ugly tuned cars outside for fun on a friday night I would give it 0 stars, but I do like the mcdonalds itself, it’s always clean and up-to-date and food is always good. Ordering from here to your home is another story however, you will most likely get a totally different order or have things mixed up or missing!

The Staffs are friendly too they are attentive and they hear you. Thank you! One happy customer here. A very customer service friendly branch of Mc Donalds in Vienna! ???
