D	Dominik Albrecht on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Sekretärin ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sie nimmt sich Zeit für die Patienten und ist ausgesprochen höflich. Die Wartezeiten sind, gleich wie bei 90% der Hausärzte lang. (Hat keinen Einfluss auf die Bewertung) Die Ärztin wirkt eigentlich sympathisch, aber ist es nicht wirklich. Sie behandelte mich wie einen nichtswissenden Patienten, der keine Ahnung von der Materie der Heilkunde hat, gab falsche Informationen und machte falsche Versprechungen. Das war mein erster Eindruck und ich werde mich nach einem anderen Hausarzt umsuchen, bei dem ich angehört werde und nicht als nichtswissend dargestellt werde. Die zwei Sterne sind einmal für die gute Lage der Praxis, da sie nur wenige Gehminuten von der U-Bahn Station entfernt liegt und für die nette Sekretärin. The secretary is very accommodating and friendly. She takes time for the patients and is very polite. The waiting times are, as long as 90% of family doctors long. (Does not affect the rating) The doctor actually looks sympathetic, but it is not really. She treated me like a non-knowing patient who has no idea about the subject of medicine, gave false information and made false promises. That was my first impression and I will look for another family doctor, where I am listened to and not presented as non-knowing. The two stars are once for the good location of the practice, as it is located within walking distance of the subway station and for the nice secretary.
