★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Dr. Hacker ist für Implantate zuständig und wir waren bis dato zufrieden. Das hat sich jetzt geändert!!!!
Dr. Hacker eine ruhige, tüchtige Zahnärztin, hat für meine Zahnregulierung gesorgt und hat meine Kronen sehr gut eingesetzt. Bei Problemen gibt es immer ein schnelles und freundliches Service. Wir sind schon etliche Jahre Stammkunden!
3 Monate später: jetzt ist mein Mann mit seinen Implantaten überhaupt nicht mehr zufrieden. Die Zähne sind gebrochen und das nach erst 6 Jahren, fallen ständig aus, werden notdürftig zum xten Mal hineingeklebt und es wird ihm eine Neuanfertigung eingeredet. Bei Urgenz reagiert der Zahnarzt sauer und das Personal ratlos. Dies zieht sich schon ein Jahr und die Termine werden immer länger (6 Wochen). Das ohne Zähne oben, nur mit Metallstifte. Der letzte Termin wurde wieder um Wochen verschoben mit der Ausrede, dass der Herr Doktor auf Weiterbildungsseminar ist. Weiss er nicht mehr weiter? Durch diese Probleme hörten wir auch von 2 anderen Kunden die Unzufriedenheit, die er dadurch auch verloren hat.
Leider müssen wir unsere Bewertung revidieren, sind enttäuscht und können ihn nicht mehr weiterempfehlen.
 Dr. Hacker is responsible for implants and we have been satisfied so far. That has now changed!!!!
Dr. Hacker is a calm, capable dentist, has looked after my teeth and has used my crowns very well. In case of problems there is always a fast and friendly service. We have been regular customers for a number of years!
3 months later: now my husband is no longer satisfied at all with his implants. The teeth are broken and that after only 6 years, keep falling out, are stuck in for the umpteenth time and he is persuaded to make a new one. In case of urgency, the dentist reacts angrily and the staff is perplexed. This has been going on for a year and the dates are getting longer and longer (6 weeks). The one without teeth on top, only with metal pins. The last appointment was postponed again by weeks with the excuse that the doctor is on a further training seminar. Does he not know what to do next? Because of these problems, we also heard from 2 other customers the dissatisfaction, which he also lost as a result.
Unfortunately we have to revise our rating, we are disappointed and can no longer recommend it.
