Der Arzt hört dem Patienten zu und nimmt sich genügend Zeit. Wünsche einen guten Start und viel Erfolg!!! In contrast to the old ordination, the new one is quite large and has a fresh atmosphere. Meinem Eindruck nach ist die Ordination gut organisiert, die Wartezeiten waren sehr gering und auch ein vorsorglicher Hörtest würde rasch durchgeführt. Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Betreuung an Dr. Alici und sein Team! I got an appointment on the same day with an acute problem. Treatment by Dr. Alici was professional and pain free. In my impression, the ordination is well organized, the waiting times were very short and a preventive hearing test would be carried out quickly. A	Aylin Tuhan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Telefon wollte ich türkisch reden (weil es mir leichter fâllt mein Problem zu erklâren) und nur weil ich gefragt habe ob wir im vorhinein türkisch reden können sagte mir die Assistentin am Telefon; "wieso können sie kein deutsch wenn sie in Österreich leben" "die Patienten fühlen sich gestört wenn ich türkisch rede". .. ich war geschockt (sie könnte sagen ich darf nicht türkisch reden tut mir leid versuchen sie es bitte auf deutsch) und noch dazu war das so eine freche Frau.. Wenn man nicht im vorhinein gut empfangen wird dann sagt der Rest eh schon alles. I wanted to speak Turkish on the phone (because it is easier for me to explain my problem) and only because I asked if we could speak Turkish in advance the assistant told me on the phone; "Why can't you speak German when you live in Austria" "the patients feel disturbed when I speak Turkish". .. I was shocked (you could say I am not allowed to speak Turkish, I'm sorry, please try in German) and that was such a cheeky woman .. If you are not welcomed well in advance, the rest of you will say everything anyway .
