J	Julia Amplatz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Zahnarzt, keine Wartezeiten, nette Leute. Lediglich das äußere Erscheinungsbild der Ordination (kaputte Türe etc) wäre ein Minuspunkt. Aber man geht ja nicht für das Innendesign zum Zahnarzt :) Great dentist, no waiting, nice people. Only the external appearance of the ordination (broken door etc) would be a minus point. But you do not go for the interior design to the dentist :)
M	Mira Malovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe vor ca. 5 Wochen meinen Weisheitszahn von Frau Dr. Agnes Salamon (Praxis in 1100 Wien, Keplergasse) entfernen lassen und habe nur Worte der Dankbarkeit für Ihr Können, Ihre Geduld und Ihre Empathie. Leider habe ich Angst vor Zahnärzten und musste die Erfahrung machen, dass viele Zahnärzte einem de facto nicht zuhören bzw. nicht zuhören wollen. Das lässt den Besuch beim Zahnarzt oft zum Horrorerlebnis werden. Nicht so bei Frau Dr. Salamon! Sie hört aufmerksam zu und hat den gesamten Eingriff vorab im Detail besprochen. Ich konnte mit ihr in Ruhe und ohne den üblichen Stress, den ich in einigen Praxen erlebt habe, über meine Allergien im Hinblick auf Zahnfüllmaterialien sprechen. Sie hat alle Informationen eingetragen und konnte sich auch bei meinem zweiten Besuch der Praxis an mich erinnern. Ich fühle mich das erste Mal sehr gut aufgehoben und kann nun endlich entspannt zum Zahnarzt gehen. Heute steht mir beispielsweise die Entfernung meines zweiten Weisheitszahns bevor und ich muss gestehen, dass ich nicht einen Funken Nervosität verspüre - und das ist für jemanden, der wirklich Angst vor solchen Eingriffen hat, eine wahre Befreiung! Vielen Dank an Frau Dr. Salamon und ihr gesamtes Team! Im Übrigen möchte ich anmerken, dass ich es sehr schade finde, dass man online nur die Gruppenpraxis-Webseite findet, nicht aber direkt die Praxis von Frau Dr. Salamon im 10. Bezirk. Gerade in Zeiten wie diesen, in denen Google vieles erleichtern kann, fände ich es als Kundin praktisch, auch andere Kunden auf den tollen Service hinzuweisen. About 5 weeks ago I got my wisdom tooth from Dr. Agnes Salamon (Practice in 1100 Vienna, Keplergasse) and I only have words of gratitude for your skills, your patience and your empathy. Unfortunately, I am afraid of dentists and had to experience that many dentists do not actually listen to you or do not want to listen. This often turns a visit to the dentist into a horror experience. Not so with Dr. Salamon! She listens carefully and has discussed the entire procedure in detail in advance. I was able to talk to her about my allergies to tooth filling materials in peace and without the usual stress that I experienced in some practices. She entered all the information and was able to remember me on my second visit to the practice. For the first time I feel in good hands and can finally go to the dentist relaxed. Today, for example, I am about to have my second wisdom tooth removed and I have to admit that I do not feel a spark of nervousness - and that is a real relief for someone who is really afraid of such interventions! Many thanks to Dr. Salamon and her entire team! Incidentally, I would like to say that I think it is a pity that you can only find the group practice website online, but not the practice of Dr. Salamon in the 10th district. Especially in times like these, when Google can make a lot of things easier, I, as a customer, would find it practical to point out the great service to other customers as well.
